We loved our stay here! The location was excellent and the surroundings beautiful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Floor is a thoughtful host - she allowed us to check in a little early and ensured we were aware of potential interruptions to public transport on the day of our checkout.

Great location and great recommendations on food and drink. Would stay here again.

It was the most perfect location - close to everything and if we needed to travel a bit the tram/metro was very close. The accommodations were great and Paul was very responsive! Would recommend and would stay here again!

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and charming, character-filled interiors. It's located in a lovely and central area of Amsterdam, making it perfect for exploring the city. A big thank you to the host for the warm hospitality! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Just one note—while it wasn’t an issue for me, the staircase leading up to the apartment is quite steep and long, which might be a challenge for some. Other than that, everything was simply wonderful.

Had a great stay at Francesca's place in Amsterdam. We felt at home right away and the neighbourhood had everything we needed - grocery store, coffee, shops, tram to Central Amsterdam or the train station to get to other cities. The apartment is just what the listing shows - large, bright and comfortable. We felt like locals from the moment we arrived until we got on the tram to head to the airport.

My friend and I had a great stay at Piet’s place! The location was super close to a tram stop which made transportation very efficient. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. This was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing in Amsterdam.

We've just returned home from an incredible few days at Boland's apartment. After visiting Amsterdam several times we can easily say this was by far our best experience. The apartment is absolutely stunning and exceeds all expectations in location, comfort and luxury. Boland also couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up and during our trip. He was available for any queries we had and the recommendations added that extra special touch to the whole experience. If there was an option to double the 5 stars we would and can't wait to get back. If you see this apartment available book it, you will not be disappointed.

Great stay. Wonderful location, very walkable and easy to get to. Easy communication with Saskia and her husband was able to help when I got locked out of the house. The food and snacks upon check in were greatly appreciated. Busy area on the weekends but Oy bothered y noise once, briefly. Would definitely recommend.

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
