Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

Great private residence! Extremely quiet neighborhood. Great host. There were cupcakes and strawberries in the fridge for us with clear instructions in a binder on how to use everything. Johanns house was great and Charlene was a fantastic cohost!

Donna was a wonderful host, she was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Her beautiful and pristine home is in a lovely neighborhood with convenient access to great restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay at her home!

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

Our family had a great stay at RJ’s place! There were so many games and activities for us to do, we were never bored. There were a few small things that we brought up to RJ and she was so responsive and attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. We loved it!

We had a great stay at Tony’s place. It was very comfortable, especially while traveling with our 1 year old. Tony provided us with a pack n play and high chair that were very clean, which was very helpful. His place is also located in a great area, walkable to a nice park and coffee shop, and within a 5-10 min drive to many great restaurants/attractions. It is also very close to the highway, which is convenient if you are driving outside the Dallas area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

Teresa was a great host, and her space included so many extras including snacks, drinks, and pet treats, making us (and our 3 pets!) feel right at home. Thank you for having us!

Jeff's home was the perfect place for my son & I to stay while he attended a camp at SMU. It was an easy drive to campus, and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods. His studio was on a very nice street with beautiful homes as well. It was as pictured, and met every need we had! We enjoyed several meals outside in our little courtyard; my son preferred to get food and bring it back there to eat because it was a perfect place to decompress at the end of a long day for him. Jeff was very kind and responsive, but also gave us complete privacy. Oh, and you can't beat having driveway parking instead of most places that require street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I spent my 26th birthday at this Airbnb with a few friends for a game night, and it was the perfect setting for a cozy get-together. The host provided a great selection of games, plus we had a blast with the pool table. The couch and beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better it’s just a 5-minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. You won't find a more walkable spot in Dallas. Thanks for making my birthday so memorable!

Maria was very responsive and we very much appreciated her flexibility with our check out. It was a perfect location for my daughter’s wedding and anything else we needed during our stay. The house was comfortable and very roomy. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for what we needed. The master bathroom was amazing with a soaking tub. The setting was beautiful and relaxing! We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Loved staying here! Very comfortable, clean space. Zoe was very helpful and gave amazing directions around the property. It’s in a convenient spot next to restaurants, bodegas and anything else you could need. I highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a convention and this was the perfect spot to stay! It’s walkable to the convention center and lots of our team stayed in the same building which was super convenient. It’s very clean and the giant windows let in so much light. I was super impressed with the size… the room is very spacious!! Free valet parking is definitely a plus and there are lots of great restaurants around… highly recommend hitting up The Exchange at AT&T Discovery District :) I’d stay here again for sure.

Jo and Vicki were truly amazing! The house was beautifully decorated, and honestly a great place to host for my brother’s wedding. The hosts were so kind, quick to respond and helped with any issues we had. They were so flexible and the house was fully furnished and set up ready to go for our stay. This house is a gem and we are so grateful and thankful for the wonderful wonderful opportunity We had to stay here. I give this place my highest rating!

We felt very much at home at Melissa's house! The decor is fun and funky and it's in a great neighborhood. Just a few things that you may want to be aware of: Most of the windows are open and without blinds, and the home is indeed lived in, so you will see a lot of personal items such as clothing, knick knacks, etc. The location is incredibly convenient and Melissa was super helpful when the temperature in Dallas dropped and we were concerned about the roads being icy. She was helpful and supportive!

The apartment looked just like the pictures. The host got back to me quickly when I reached out with questions. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway which made it easy to get to/from.
