Vacation rentals with a patio in Princeton

Airbnb was neat & clean, everything was as described as on the listing. Instructions were simple & clear which was great.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, check-in was super easy, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to where we wanted to go. Getting in and out was a breeze with minimal traffic. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Maribel's place was easy to find and in a great location. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Maribel was proactive in sending me parking instructions and info on how to get into the unit. A/C worked well along with everything else in the unit. A clean and comfortable place to stay.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

this Airbnb was perfecttt, the aesthetics of the home was beautiful And the host was very accommodating and responsive . Definitely recommend this Airbnb if in the Miami area.

What a wonderful stay. The home was well care for and clean. It’s was airy and relaxing, and bright. The neighborhood was quiet. Out check in was smooth. The host was amazing! Amparo was quick to reply, not that I needed anything as she took care of every detail and more. She had a chair for my baby, a pack and play with mattress, books for reading to the kids and even toys! I felt so very special! And little snacks tray in the fridge. It was a nice touch! She definitely has a thing for hosting, I tell you! I wish I could give her more stars. She deserves a hundred! Will definitely be looking to come back to her stay when visiting. We have a few minor things happen with the showers not draining but mind you we literally had 7-8 inches of rain in 2 days while there it was insane but they responded immediately and there was someone there to fix it immediately. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful canal in the Back, we enjoyed a little fishing as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of room! Thanks again for sharing your home for the week!! :)

Thanks for prompt response and great service. The house was clean and tidy. Beautiful bathrooms and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and pool.

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

This place is exactly as described in the listing. We were a group of three couples. This place has a nice tub on the top floor that we enjoyed to relax after a long day going around to keys and Everglades. Host has been great to answer any questions we had. If you’re looking for a place for a group like ours or a big family vacation, that is away from city and closer to keys and Everglades, look no further.

The Mejia’s home was perfect for us! It is clean, comfortable & felt good while we were inside & outside. The pictures & descriptions under-sell the actual experience. We have stayed at several Airbnbs all over. This one is possibly the best one yet. We wanted to charter a fishing trip. The host went out of her way & out on a limb to recommend a place & it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Dora! We will stay with you if we come back near the area : )

The truth is that the apartment is really nice and Angel is very kind, a good area and everything is as it appeared in the photos!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Second time staying here— incredible place, incredible hosts, everything g is immaculate.

Our stay felt right at home ! Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Miami !

Budget-friendly unit that still provides a sense of luxury and comfort from the moment you open the door... the listing info and pictures are a great representation of the actual home and the hosts were extremely clear and proactive when communicating instructions for check-in/check-out and other needs throughout the visit. Would recommend! :)

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Finally a 5 ft pool and it was beautiful. We came in early with no sleep and Diego managed to get us an early check in. We couldn’t be more grateful. FYI check in by the front desk. Ask them where and what spots to park when you get the keys upstairs. I was in a rush to stop and read the house manual because I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Will definitely stay again. Also pool access 4th floor and I think gym.

Carol was one of the best host I’ve had I enjoyed my stay in her condo it had amazing views it’s on the 30th floor so that’s a bonus. Place has a double pool and a 7/11 at the bottom. CVS is also close. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. She was very responsive and took care of any question I had. Apartment was clean and accommodating. Plenty of towels and blankets. 10/10 Would love to stay here again.
