Vacation rentals with a patio in Primo Tapia

this is an amazing place, as soon as we got out the elevator the front door was right there, and when we opened the door to the place the view was breathtaking! the whole place gave us a comfy homey feel and we felt right away. we definitely recommend this place 100%

Spectacular view, we enjoyed our stay very much. The Condo was absolutely amazing they had every possible item you need from Pool supplies to Beach and family entertainment. Definitely will book with them again.

I love this studio and will absolutely be back. I had the best sleep of my life with hearing the waves and the breeze because I chose to leave the windows open. The place was spotless and smelled so good! I was impressed with every detail, color scheme and linens. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful gated small community. We watched the ocean waves from bed for hours one day. I loved being a little outside the center of rosarito to be away from the noises and smells, but close enough to have quick access when I wanted. Also the Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate is amazing. There’s also a super market right there. You can walk to both. Communication was so clear we had no problem navigating our stay. Thank you for hosting and I’ll definitely be back!

Spent a much needed relaxing weekend in Gaviotas. Brenden's place is exactly as described. A very cute studio for two. Clean, close to the water and the pool. Bed was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at The Studio! It felt safe and the location was great. Close to a Walmart, restaurants and just a short 15 min drive from hustle and bustle of Rosarito is located. The Studio was just as shown in the photos. Perfect for a couple. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beach is just a short walk away, which we loved. Anyone looking to have a nice, peaceful and quiet couples getaway this is the place.

Great place for families and pets. Lots of walkable areas and local places to eat.

Loved our stay at Ramons place, very clean amd spacious for our family. Very much appreciated that we were able to bring our dog who def enjoyed his time. The pool was great and kids enjoyed it.

We stayed here with our family and the place was great! Angela was accommodating to our requests and responded quickly to all of our messages. The condo is in a gated community with such beautiful views of the ocean. The private area to walk down to the beach was the best part. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, clean, within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant - (El Pescador), and an OXXO; also close to a Calimax for groceries, if needed. The home has a great back porch with a cool ocean view, and we especially loved the gated property for our dogs! Thank you so much for helping us have a super vacation. Our family had a wonderful time , from amazing views wonderful sunrises and sunsets such a beautiful place with so much room and space for everyone to spend around the home it was wonderful but the Master Bedroom restroom was beyond our expectations! We loved everything about this home can’t wait to come back again 😊! Felt so safe and secure being a gated community with guards at the gate can’t get any better than that !

This airbnb was one of the best I’ve been to! Harry was the best host and very good at communicating. The house was perfect on the beach, the backyard was the walkway to the sand. From the living room you could see the ocean! Such a beautiful view and it’s close to Ensenada/Rosarito/Tijuana/Valle De GuadalupeThe guard gate is right next to the house so I felt safe. Very clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend again! 5 star rating! :) Love the house and would love to return!

Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, limpio , organizado y funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y hasta para pasar un rato en la playa. Camas cómodas y limpias. Clóset muy prácticos y funcionales. No nos hizo falta nada. El entorno es precioso y tranquilo y el personal del privado es muy amable. Sin duda nos hospedaríamos con gusto nuevamente.🤗

Gabriel's place was great plenty of space for everybody, we were 16 of us and everybody felt comfortable. easy 2 mins walk to the beach. we are definitely coming back in the summer. Thank you Gabriel.

Wonderful experience! Only complaint everyone in my group had was getting hot water but Antonio solved the problem. We will definitely come back.

Me and my parents stayed at Rachel's place over the weekend. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedrooms. My dad very much enjoyed the vinyl selection! The kitchen is spacious and is conveniently stocked. The heaters in the bedroom worked well and we had pleasant rest. We would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay. Clean and very easy to locate. Everything was close and near by. Will definitely be returning soon!

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay, as the location was very clean, had ocean views, private beach access, and very safe. The hosts were very responsive , which is always appreciated. It was a little difficult to find at first and get taxis and Ubers, but pay close attention to host’s instructions on how to get there. Also pretty walkable you can walk to the restraunts in Puerto Nuevo and grocery store Calimax. I would definitely come back.

5 stars! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Miguel's. Felt right at home, but with an exceptional view and the soothing sound of the ocean. Everything was at our finger tips, coffee, breakfast cereal, cooking utensils, washer/dryer, televisions, wifi, bathroom shower accessories and so much more. It was really like being at home with all of the luxuries one would utilize. I took my mother and niece and they absolutely loved the place, they didn't want to leave so I promised them we would be back. CAUTION: Only hiccup was upon arrival, not sure if it's the norm, but security had me park my car and enter office to fill out a form with name, address, email, phone and license plate. Along with that they asked for my I.D. and made a copy of it. I felt that it was lots of information to give an unknown 3rd party when all of it was already provided through Airbnb. With today's world of stolen identity and sale of Info. for malicious purpose, it did have me worried.
