The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

We love the natural sea breeze & to preserve energy, we don't use Air Con in our large condo. Short term Guests are not allowed to use 3rd floor pool/zacuzzi and Gym.
