This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Entire place

The entire place is available to the guest. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place close to shops (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.), restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops for public transport (metro and buses). I would like to point out that the accommodation does not have free parking. However, travelers in vehicles can park their cars in public parking lots. The blue spaces are free. Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
