New apartment situated only 25 mins by bus away from the center of Dubrovnik. You can enjoy in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and in perfectly calming view to the river and its surroundings. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom with the tub and kitchen/living room equipped with all appliances. Bus stop to the old town is about 6 mins walking distance and the other, when comimg back from town, just across the street. Buses operate every 20 mins You can park the car on the street near the house.

Our apartment has a gorgeous terrace from which you can enjoy an amazing view on the marine. A warm summer night with a glass of wine is the only thing you need after a long day in the city and our terrace will be perfect for you to relax by doing that. The front side of the apartment has a stunning sea view, while the back side overlooks untouched nature and high mountains. Bus stop to the Old Town of Dubrovnik is just 3 minutes walk away from the house. Busses run often and operate all night.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Staying with Bozena was amazing. She helped from the beginning arranging transport from the airport, flexible check in time, and welcomed us at arrival. The place perfectly matches the photos and has a beautiful view of the river. Market a couple minutes away and has parking.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! I really enjoyed my stay at Paulina's place. She was very welcoming and warm. Always available, she also gave me good recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to discover. The apartment was consistent with the photos: we felt very comfortable there, like at home. It was also very quiet, with beautiful views of the marina. The two terraces were really soothing and the kitchen perfectly functional. There was parking right in front of the house, and the building had an elevator. It went very well. Thanks again, Paulina!
