Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

The train station, restaurants, shops and the famous thermal spa "Kristalltherme" are all within walking distance. Families are welcome! In the natural garden you will find inviting seating, loungers, and barbecue facilities, and a private sauna from September 2026. Please note: The house is not suitable for people strongly allergic to cats.

The granny flat is located on the kultur.farm – a four-sided courtyard in Groß Pankow and is about 800 m from the connected train station. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, including a small couch and dining table, as well as a bedroom and a larger bathroom. The kultur.farm also has two large common rooms, a summer kitchen (incl. foosball), a sauna and a stork family. There is always something to experience, but above all there is enough space for peace and quiet.

Two more people can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Hier könnt ihr euch nach Ankunft vor dem Haus entspannen und dem Himmel bei seinem bunten Farbenspiel zuschauen. Ruhe ist hier garantiert. Typische Geräusche sind hier die Eulen am Abend und die Trecker am Morgen. Auch Reh, Hase, Fasan oder Storch kommen oft vorbei.
