E’ un ambiente open space con cucina attrezzata, soggiorno, un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e bagno con ampia doccia. L’ ampia veranda esterna è fornita di cucina e barbecue , un ampio tavolo dove mangiare e sedute dove potersi godere il relax.

Alloggio con camino nel borgo del castello

Lasciati sedurre dalla natura e dal panorama. L'alloggio è ubicato nel borgo dell'antica frazione di Montericco di Albinea, in prossimità del castello medioevale di Montericco, dal quale si domina la Pianura Padana.A soli 2km dal centro del paese e a soli 15 minuti dal centro città di ReggioEmilia.E' terra tetto, compl ristrutturato: composto dal primo piano , sala cucina e div letto, ingresso e al secondo piano bagno con doccia e camera matrimon. Dispone di uno spazio coperto per bici e moto.

Borgo Saturno: villa intera.

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.

Il Metato

Antico metato ristrutturato facente parte di un'abitazione del 1600, composto da cucina salotto bagno e camera soppalco, posto auto in cortile chiuso. Gli ambienti sono piccoli ma molto accoglienti, possono ospitare comodamente 2 persone + eventualmente 1 persona (divano letto matrimoniale). La struttura si trova nel cuore dell' appennino tosco-emiliano, a 15 km dalla Pietra di Bismantova, a 2 km dalla piscina e dal castello di Carpineti, immersa in numerosi percorsi naturalistici.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

It is composed by one bedroom, one bathroom, one open space with a fully furnished kitchen and a living room where you can find a sofa bed, and a balcony. Possibility to park your car in our private garage or an outdoor free parking reserved for people living in the building.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
