Hello, Here you can book a new beautiful compact studio. In the middle of nature in the forest by the lake. It belongs to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, our artistically colorful restaurant. The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. A cozy bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven & dishwasher, a small bathroom with shower & a dining area await you. The forests & meadows invite you to walk or cycle & the lakes to paddle, boat & swim (the beach is only a 7-minute walk away).

The apartment is on the ground floor and offers enough space for up to 4 people on about 66 m². It includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room, a bathtub and a terrace with lake views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.

In a former field stone barn, about 5 km from Templin, in a nature reserve. The separate house is surrounded by game reserves, meadows, forests and lakes. Wonderful walks, canoe tours, bike tours and rollerblade tours are possible from here. Fireplace on cold winter evenings. There is never boredom here.
