This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

My spacious and loved atelier place is located in the heart of Berlin Mitte. It is surrounded by cafes, shops and galleries. It is lovingly planned and furnished to its detail. Beside the living area in the main room it also has a lot of working areas. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.

A spacious balcony is adorned with potted plants and flowers, providing vibrant greenery against a clear blue sky. A table set for two features a pitcher of orange juice and a glass, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding views of the historic buildings and trees.
