On the outskirts of a small village directly on the Elbe with pure nature and enchanting landscape you will find peace and relaxation. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Euer Zuhause: Ein lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadtinsel. In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in the old stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Ahorn Cottage - Vacation in the "Herbsthausen" sawmill

Our four one-room apartments Ahorn, Linde, Kastanie and Birke combine historic Herbsthausen charm with ease. All apartments are absolutely different and modernized by us. The Ahron Cottage accommodates two people in the double bed. The apartments are part of "Herbsthausen", an ambitious cultural project in beautiful Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill into a future location for art, industrial culture, living, working, international exchange and recreation.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation you can make yourself really comfortable and switch off from the stress of everyday life... The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is important to know that the double bed in the attic can be reached via the stairs shown in the picture. All skylights are equipped with solar shutters, can accordingly keep out heat and completely darken.

Natur & Sauna am Elbdeich – a modern home

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Dömitz is the ideal place for a country, fishing, cycling, friends….. weekend! Maybe even move the home office to the countryside? Wi-Fi is available! The WHG has everything you need for a short break! A lockable room is available for the bicycles. E-bikes can also be charged here! In summer, you can go swimming in the Elde-Müritz Canal. Shopping in 5 minutes by bike.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. Depending on the number of guests, you have two or three bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the horse pasture and enjoy the sunset. I'm happy to give you tips on things to do in our beautiful Wendland. I look forward to meeting you!
