Vacation rentals with a patio in Preveza

Чудові апартаменти, які зустріли нас пляшкою вина і солодощами ! Ми отримали все і навіть більше! Тиха вулиця, на якій знаходиться будинок, затишний зелений двір, власна парковка. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі, красивий посуд, великий холодильник. Затишна спальня зі зручним ліжком, зручна ванна кімната, велика шафа для одягу! Ми в кожному моменті відчували що George турбується про своїх гостей! Зовсім поряд з будинком знаходяться 3 таверни зі смачною грецькою кухнею та пекарні, де з самого ранку ви можете купити свіжі круасани до ранкової кави! Кожен раз після подорожей по Lefkada ми повертались в Mare Ora як додому! Ми не встигли дослідити весь острів тому ми обовʼязково повернемось в ці чудові апартаменти ! Дякую George !

We only made the booking when our boat arrived from Brindisi. We wanted a quiet place out of the main town. Modern with a pool. THIS IS THE PLACE! The house is a ideal home away for two. It's small enough to be manageable, large enough for comfort. It is well-designed and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need plus a very generous arrival basket of treats. The shower is better than most spas. The pool and outdoor space are perfect. The outdoor shower is a plus+! The views are incredible from the property – mountains dipping into the sea. The town is small but it was perfect for our getaway... with great bakeries and grocery stores. We spent our early days on stunning beaches on the other side of Lefkada and our afternoons by the pool. The staff was great with check-in/out. I would definitely stay again and rent all three bungalows with friends! The only downside is that we didn't stay longer! Thank you to all for a memorable stay.

Esperienza ottima, host gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check out più tardi per un esigenza,casa pulita e nuova. Si trova nel cuore della cittadina di Lefkada,a due passi dalla piazza centrale e a 5 min a piedi dal lungomare. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Lage, super Ausblick! Ganz ganz netter und super sympathischer Gastgeber, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt, Hilfe wurde sofort angeboten und ganz familiäre und freundschaftliches Miteinander, ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder, Kostas....Bester Mann!!! Liebe Grüße an dich Kostas!

Très très bon logement (propre, correspond aux photos, spacieux), l’hôte est très gentil, réactif et toujours présent pour toute demande ou recommandation. Je vous recommande ce logement qui, à mon goût, est parfait pour visiter l’île. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci !

O locație excelentă.Cameră curată,dotată cu absolut tot ce este necesar.Fără griji pentru parcarea mașinii sau căratul bagajelor.Există o grădină mare cu verdeață la locație unde poți parca .Zece metri de locație ai un mini market dotat cu de toate.Există un peco la nici treizeci de metri.În cinci-șase minute de mers ajungi în port sau la marginea centrului,de unde încep toate magazinele și restaurantele din localitate.Iar despre gazde aș putea spune că sunt "ciudate"!.....glumesc!!!Mai rar întâlnești doi oameni atât de drăguți,serviabili și amabili!Sunt "ciudați" pentru că niciodată nu te aștepți la atâta bunătate și omenie din partea unor gazde!Doi "ciudați" cu un suflet frumos.Te molipsesc și pe tine.Chiar dacă ai o zi mai proastă și ești mai plouat,nu poți să nu le zâmbești înapoi când te întâlnești cu ei.Îți schimbă și ție starea de spirit și ai automat o zi mai bună!Mulțumesc din suflet pentru tot.Să nu vă schimbați niciodată!Aștept cu nerăbdare să revin!

Die Unterkunft war sehr süß und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt . Es war super sauber und die Lage war ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral . Man kam gut zum Strand und ins Zentrum . Balkon und Terrasse sehr schön . Wir würden Keerthi wiederkommen

Чисте, охайне помешкання. Хоча за розміром не таке вже велике, але для нашої сім’ї з п’ятьох чоловік було цілком достатньо. Всі зручності помешканні присутні — пральна машина, великий холодильник, духова плита, Кондиціонер, велика кількість посуди. Рекомендую !!!

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

Това място е толкова прекрасно, че вече четвърта поредна година го посещавам. Домакинът, Κωνσταντίνος е много мил отзивчив и любезен. Стаите са просторни и прохладни. Навсякъде е много чисто и уютно. Леглата са меки и удобни, а в кухнята разполагате с всичко необходимо. В двора може да паркирате автомобила си, което е много удобно. Мястото има много добра локация. Наблизо има прекрасен плаж, а на няколко километра е красивият град Parga. Силно ви препоръчвам това място за настаняване, ще прекарате чудесна ваканция. От сега си мечтая за следващото ми идване следващата година.

Blev mødt af meget søde værter trods at vi ankom meget sent. Alt var i orden og der var en dejlig stor tagterrasse. Pengene værd og vi kommer igen😊

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Elena hatte uns bei Unternehmungen tatkräftig unrerstützt und war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön als möglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein, aber das wussten wir vor der Anreise ja schon. Der Grill ist eine gute Alternative uns die vielen griechischen Restaurants bueten leckeres Essen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison (Mitte Mai). Die Terasse ist der große Trumpf, da mittendrin im Geschehen und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Kellemes nyugodt környezet, jó kiinduló pont a legjobb strandok hoz , ha kávézót keresel 20 m-re találsz egy jót ha kajálni szeretnél akkor 30-ra van kettő is úgy hogy nem kell kocsiba ülni , ha vacsizni szeretnél .A kilátás az nem tökéletes a szomszéd háztető miatt, de a kellemes terasz kárpótol a hiányosságokért .

Can definitely recommend this place if you have a car. Otherwise it’s far off the beaten path, nothing to do in the area. The apartment feels like new and is very clean with everything you need. There’s even a washing machine and everything you need for it in the shed outside. There are 2 little houses next to one another. The other one is a bit larger. The terrace is very nice right next to the house.

Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

We loved that we could walk to the beach and simply cross the road. Restaurants and Markets are all at walking distance. Spiros and his father are extremely friendly and the apartment is extremely clean. The only annoying thing is that, being on the main road, you get the noise from the cars, quads and barking dogs in the night, but I guess that's because we slept with the windows open. One can instead close the windows and use the aircon, for example. We would definitely love to come back

it was splendid! the house has exceeded our expectations, clean, new, great yard and superb view. Giovanni and his wife are super friendly! He took us to Parga and gave us clear indications about restaurants and parkings. I would strongly recommend it! Hope yo see you again!

Il soggiorno in casa è stato molto piacevole. Casa trovata pulita ed in ordine. Ellie è stata estremamente disponibile e proattiva a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Una sola piccola pecca è la posizione un po' troppo a ridosso della strada: la sera si sentono rumori di auto e moto che sfrecciano. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi di fronte casa è molto piccola ma a 2 minuti c'è una spiaggia molto bella. Nel complesso molto consigliata.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Sarai! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit von Babis (der Papa vom Gastgeber) willkommen geheißen. Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände zu erreichen (5 - 10 min). Natürlich haben wir von Babis auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Davon haben wir auch viel gemacht (Strände, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (die Mama vom Gastgeber) ist auch so lieb. Sobald man was brauchte, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Meine Tochter (3.5 Jahre alt) hat auch ein süßes Geschenk von ihr bekommen. Da hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden, was super in der Augusthitze war. Jeden Morgen hat meine Tochter auch mit den süßen Katzen dort gespielt. Was auch sehr positiv war und was uns davor nicht so bekannt war: jeden 2. Tag wird sauber gemacht und man bekommt neue Handtücher. ♥️

We had an amazing stay in Stavroula’s condo! She was so welcoming and helpful at any time of day or night! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, super clean and centrally located, close to everything you’d want and need in Preveza. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment just as the pictures show. It had everything we needed, it was in great condition and the host was amazing with quick responses and always helpful. A great location as well with everything we needed nearby and parking too. We had an amazing weekend- thank you.

Location molto comoda, vicina al centro di Lefkada e punto di partenza per le più belle spiagge dell'isola. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza dei proprietari e lo spazio aperto in cortile dove i nostri bambini potevano giocare liberamente. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto per una piacevole vacanza su un'isola magnifica!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Gemeinschaftspool. Fußläufig zu kleinem Ort (Agios Nikitas) mit belebter, aber dennoch kleiner Fußgängerpassage mit diversen Lokalen und Shops. Zentrale Lage zum Erkunden von verschiedenen Stränden. Nahegelegende Sunset Bars/Restaurants und Lefkada Stadt/Hafen.
