Nice clean place in a quiet location. Bo is an efficient communicator.

I stayed in Beck’s tiny house for 5 weeks. It was perfect for what I needed - well equipped, quiet, and well located for Preston/Thornbury cafes and bars etc. 12 min walk to the supermarket. Close to the 86 tram line into the city. The space itself was really lovely and felt like a micro sanctuary. I worked from there 3 days a week and found it suitable for laptop working on the sofa and over-hang table. Beck was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Def would recommend.

This was a fantastic studio apartment. Well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The location convenient, with bus, tram and train all within an easy walk. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, as well as the Preston markets, are all nearby. In short, a great place in a great location.
