Enjoy the new luxury villa with mountain views, in summer and winter! All this within walking distance of Lake Presseggersee and a 15-minute drive to the Nassfeld ski resort. Enjoy comfort with 3 spacious bedrooms featuring king-size box spring beds, luxurious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious garden and a lovely terrace with a BBQ. Good Wi-Fi, smart TV available. There is also a heated storage room, washing machine, crib, and high chair, as well as many other amenities.

Apartment Chilly

Apartment Chilly is situated in a peaceful area Mlino, 800m/10min walk to Lake Bled. Apartment is all new, cozy and warm. You will have unique view on the mountains from the bedroom and terrace. On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Dit charmante chalet is vrijstaand en gelijkvloers, geschikt voor 2 personen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder andere een vaatwasser, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Het slaapgedeelte bevat een comfortabel 2-persoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. De luxe badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en zwevend toilet. Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.
