Vacation rentals with a patio in Presicce-Acquarica

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement. La terrasse est incroyable ainsi que la vue mer !!!! Bien situé, supermarché à 8min en voiture, le petit centre ville est accessible à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, néanmoins il est très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu très distinctement les voisins d’à côté et au dessus. Il y a également une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert à 400m, cela a été très bruyant mais sur 1 nuit seulement, mais il s’agissait de la fête nationale !! Les bouchons d’oreille ont réglé le problème !

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

WOW! This is an absolutely gorgeous place. We booked this as it was fantastic location for our friends wedding. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long and as soon as we arrived regretted not booking here for longer. Daniele was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and very responsive. He made us feel so welcome. We were able to check in early as the room was ready and even allowed us to check out late too. He was great for recommendations as well. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos (if anything, better). It’s serene and peaceful and was always very quiet whilst we were there. The amenities are brilliant, well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy and felt very safe. The complex is gated which made it feel very private. We didn’t have long to explore much of the surrounding area but what we did see, was lovely. Honestly 10/10 air bnb, will be recommending to everyone and hopefully be back one day!

siamo stati molto bene. Super cordiali e disponibili ad accontentarci ogni volta che abbiamo fatto una richiesta. Nadia racconta molto volentieri anche la storia e gli aneddoti del luogo. Si è offerta persino di accompagnarci in una visita al paese vicino. Bellissima e tranquilla la location. Torneremo sicuramente...non vedo l'ora!

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, quiet, and well-organized. The bedroom had automatic blinds that made it completely dark, which really helped us sleep. The host was thoughtful and responsive, leaving us local biscuits, coffee, water, and basic kitchen supplies. She also sent helpful tips for nearby restaurants and beaches. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. A comfortable stay overall — we’d recommend it to other couples visiting Gallipoli.

Ein richtiges Schmuckstück! Sehr geschmackvoll und behutsam renoviertes Haus. Check in und Check out mit Marco total unkompliziert. Die Lage war für mich perfekt und hat ein sehr angenehmes Umfeld. Parabita ist charmant und für Kunstinteressierte ein Highlight. Wunderschöne Strände ganz in der Nähe mit einem Wasser, das mich fasziniert hat. Ausflüge in die umliegenden Orte waren für mich spannend. Sehr authentisch. Ich bin begeistert und werde Marco auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser modernen, minimalistischen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Die ruhige Lage und der grosse Pool war perfekt, um zu entspannen, und doch waren wir in wenigen mit dem Auto an den schönsten Stränden von Salento. Dankeschön an Giulia und Michele, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Rosanna hat uns herzlich empfangen und hat uns noch nützliche Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist an einer wunderschönen unverbauten Lage... man könnte hier für längere Zeit eine Kreativ-Pause machen! Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Traum. Schönes Wasser! In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. Es ist wichtig, ein Auto zu haben, da ein guter Supermercato schon so 10 Fahrminuten entfernt ist. Die Strände sind sehr schön und das Wasser sauber und wunderschön! Apulien ist sehr angenehm zu bereisen im Herbst. Es hat zwar nicht mehr alles offen, aber es hat viel weniger Leute!

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Arturo e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti piacevolmente .. estremamente carini . L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. Grazie di cuore per averci ospitati.

Maria e suo marito sono stati host che, con grande gentilezza e discrezione, ci hanno accolti in una magnifica dimora sul mare: pulita, ben organizzata e con accesso praticamente privato al mare. 50 gradini vi separano da una scogliera brillante della quale potete godere una vista tranquilla e rilassante dalla splendida terrazza attrezzata. il parcheggio privato agevola gli spostamenti da una location che rimane vicina (5/20 mins) a tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Vacanza meravigliosa data anche da questa casa incredibile.

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben tolle Tips von Emanuele für umliegende Restaurants erhalten und uns in nahegelegenen Supermarkt eingedeckt. Die Grillstelle ist toll, haben wir mehrmals genutzt. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und wird toll gepflegt vom sympathischen Gärtner der ab und zu vorbeischaut. Mimo der Hausmeister hat sich um den Pool gekümmert, auch sehr sympathisch. Kleine Mankos waren ein paar Liegen die defekt waren, allerdings gab es noch genügend Andere da wir nur zu viert in der Unterkunft waren. Es gibt nur einen kleinen, einbetonierten Aussenschirm am Pool, das ist viel zu wenig Schattenfläche. Die Aussentoilette war defekt und die Außendusche hat permanent stark getropft. Ab und an kam ein starker Tiergeruch mit dem Wind zum Vorschein. Unterm Strich war es trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!! 🫶🏼

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll renovierten Wohnung! Die ruhige Lage war perfekt für Entspannung und Erholung. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig- wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der herzliche Empfang durch Giusy vor Ort hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert und sie war für uns immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Mietwagen die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Strände in der Nähe sind traumhaft schön. Vielen Dank an Annalisa und Giusy für den netten Empfang und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos place. Stunning home looks exactly as it is in the photos a blend of original features with exposed stone and beautiful ceilings and modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location less than 10 minutes walk into the beautiful old town of Lecce. We used Lecce as a base to explore the south of Puglia and would highly recommend it great road links to explore the east, west and south coast Lecce really is a stunning place and the ground floor apartment was ideal, there’s on street free parking and we always managed to get parked in close proximity Carlo kept in touch with us throughout our stay with some great recommendations on where to go and eat. We highly recommend staying here.

Merci Pasquale et Paolo pour l'accueil et le séjour. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement semblait déjà beau en photos mais il était encore mieux en vrai. La déco, la douche et la cuisine avaient été refaites. Ils avaient prévu tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour avec notre bébé : table a langer, baignoire bébé, chaise haute, lit parapluie, mixeur pour purée, poussette et même parasol et 2 chaises pliables (qui nous a permis de lui faire découvrir la plage de sable, a 5 min à pied de l'appartement). Parking dans le jardin, vue sur mer, cuisine tout équipée. Machine a laver et machine a café avec des dosettes également. Tout était hyper bien pensé pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Jusqu'aux moustiquaires. Ils avaient même prévu une carte et nous ont recommandé plein d'endroits sympa. L'appartement était également très propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour et recommandons a 100% leurs logements

We had a lovely stay in Nardò. The apartment is in a back street, just off the main square in the old town. You are spoilt in your choices of places to eat, drink and snack, all within a very short walk. You are also within walking distance of the train station if you didn’t fancy driving. We took the train to Lecce for a day trip. We loved just sitting on Piazza Antonio Salandra with a spritz and a negroni watching the locals going about their business long in to the evening. Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a Casa Giada. Giardino grande e recintato in tutta sicurezza per il nostro amico a quattro zampe. La casa rispecchia le foto, cucina pulita e ben attrezzata, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno seppur piccolo era pulito e ordinato. Nell' armadio abbiamo trovato biancheria sufficiente e pulita indispensabile per il nostro soggiorno. Ottima climatizzazione della casa che ci ha permesso visto le alte temperature di riposare bene. Antonio è stato un host disponibile, amichevole e molto gentile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
