House vacation rentals in Premià de Mar

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Alella. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay - whenever we had a question or a request they were right there to assist us. The house is very tranquil, clean, modern, and airy, with easy access to Barcelona by car/bus. Some of us also had to take some meetings for work during our stay - there’s plenty of room inside and outside the house to do that. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay with straightforward access to Barcelona and nearby towns!

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

We came with our 2 young children and had a wonderful time! It was high 70s and the pool was amazing to have after a day of adventuring. The bus stop was a 5 min walk and took roughly 30-40 min to Barcelona. We loved eating at the local bakeries in VDD and the Argentinian restaurant was delicious and entertaining. We were sadly unable to use the tub because of city water limitations, but the outdoor space was the highlight.

One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The views are unreal, and the place has everything you could need. It’s super quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Idoa was great and gave us awesome tips for things to do nearby. Just a heads up, the place is up a bit of a hill, so having a car definitely helps. Would 100% come back!

The villa exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect home base for our group trip. The space was well-designed with plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone to spread out and have their privacy, while also featuring beautiful communal areas that brought us all together for meals and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable, the secure parking gave us peace of mind, and the pool was gorgeous - we spent hours just lounging. Our host was incredibly warm and responsive - any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a host who really cares about your experience!

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we're just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we didn't miss anything. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and highly recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation of a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. Breathtaking views. Thanks again!

I traveled comfortably with the kindness of Elisenda and her family. Thank you for letting me experience the beautiful Argentona. Close to grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores. The nearby Mataro Beach is also 20 minutes away by bus. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and good for cooking. Thanks again for the host's kindness. I was impressed by her delicacy and consideration. I'd like to come back next time I get the chance.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

Jose’s home was amazing, the location is perfect to avoid the busy city life. The host’s were very helpful and communication was great with no problem’s at all during my 3 night stay. I would highly recommend Jose’s place and would visit again!

We rented this incredible villa for 17 girls and we had the best weekend ever! The Villa is out of this world, well equipped to deal with a large group of people and has great amenities. Ana was incredibly responsive, useful and kind. We loved the private chef Ana recommended. Ana also has some very helpful contacts with the taxis, so this made it easier to get places if you don’t rent a car (which would be recommended). The only slight downside was the food shop wasn’t processed so we had to get a taxi to a supermarket which was 10 minutes away, but other than that, it was perfect! I would love to return :)

We had the most wonderful stay in this little pocket of paradise! It is the most beautiful place, clearly built with love. We felt right at home immediately and were so sad to leave. Linn was so helpful following some car troubles and went out of her way to help us out. Communication was excellent. It was very reassuring to have such a lovely family near by (and we loved the dogs!).

Atypical accommodation, full of charm in a very quiet neighborhood with an extremely warm and friendly welcome. We recommend 100%.

We had a great stay in Orrius and really enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. You really need a car - but the road network is great and very easy to reach places. It is also a great location for keen cyclists (specifically for those that enjoy the challenge of cycling up and down hills on good tarmac!) Roser was great with her communication and recommendations.

We were a family, 3 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their place and we will gladly return to Sandra's. Happy to come back from Barcelona every night to be in peace.
