Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Byt se nachází v klidné vilové čtvrti ve vzdálenosti 5minut autem od centra nebo 15 minut pěšky . V okolí do 100m se rovněž nachází restaurace s denim menu , obchodní řetězec , zastávka hromadné dopravy a také vlaková zastávka. V blízkosti se také nachází krásná cyklostezka po které dojedete až do samotného centra. Za poplatek rádi zapůjčíme jízdní kolo.
