Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, there is a garden with seating and a barbecue at your disposal. Guests especially appreciate nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. There are meadows and mountains at the house, and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
