This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment also has a dishwasher. -It also has a 25m2 terrace overlooking the sea and a quiet south side. - all amenities are available by walking from 5 to 20 minutes. Mandatory disinfection. I live in the house, so just ring the bell and say when it suits you to come and leave at least the suitcases. House rules: from 10:30 p.m. in the evening, it should be quiet because it is a private house and there are more guests in the house and other people must not be brought.
