Vacation rentals with a patio in Prazeres

Catia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The views were unreal and the entire condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. We loved our stay and could not recommend Catia’s condo more. ♥️

Home away from home. Christians place in Paul do Mar felt immediately like home to us. The apartment is spacious, clean and super comfortable within an amazing location in the super cute village of Paul do Mar. There is plenty of parking closeby, a supermarket to walk to and a great seafood restaurant and snack bar next door. We loved the balcony nestled between mountains, banana fields and the ocean. You can hear the calming sound of the ocean in the apartment and we slept so well. We definitely will choose to come here again and can highly recommend. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! It was so charming, clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely magical. We saw so many rainbows. The mountain view was so peaceful and calming. Marta’ s place was pristine, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sao Vicente. A perfect stay. Marta was very responsive, welcoming and friendly.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is a dream – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with so much love and fully equipped with everything you need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. Filip and his family live above, but you still have complete privacy with your own entrance. Filip is such a kind and helpful host – we received great tips about the area. His wife Renata surprised us with the most delicious cinnamon rolls we’ve ever tasted! The neighbor was also incredibly friendly and gifted us fresh bananas from his own garden. Renata and Filip went above and beyond to make our stay special – they even provided gifts and baby food for our little one. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate – it’s a true gem!

We just had the most lovely week in Jose's appartment. Elvio met us as agreed and took us to the appartment and showed us everything. The pool was lovely, glad we paid for it to be heated as I can't cope with cold water. The apartment is spotless and modern with everything you need for a break. Claudia is a very accommodating host. She is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is as described and has everything it needs and a nice outdoor area. I personally was a bit cold as the May weather didn't quite do what it should, but a portable fan heater and a thick woolen blanket that was also on site did the trick. The apartment is not super soundproof which means that you sometimes here the other guests, which didn't bother me personally. As already described in other reviews, the entrance to the parking lot is very steep, but really doable and no worse than other roads on the island. I had a good time and can recommend it with a clear conscience. :)

We choosed to stay in Anita's Corner for 2 weeks and were very happy with Thatcher choice. It really felt like our own little place. Everything you need is in the apartment. Anders halfway of our vacation Marina asked if we needed new bedding and towels, which we were very happy with. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and you can easily see over the wall if you sit on the stools, something we doubted when we saw the pictures. With our rental car we were able to admire the whole island nicely from here and we could retire at night with a drink on the balcony or we could snuggle up on the couch for some series (the TV had Netflix).

Just fantastic. Exceeded our expectations in all aspects. after a long journey, this place just calmed us down. Beautiful, perfect location, chic and comfortable.

This place is amazing. The view over the cliffs and the ocean is like out of a movie, especially when you’re in the pool. The interior design is very luxurious. And the privacy of the location of the property is outstanding. Just make sure you have the host send you a location pin on Google Maps, as the place is not easy to find initially. But once you’re there, the secluded location is one of the prime benefits of this beautiful home.

Amplement, A spectacular view. Extremely well maintained. There was nothing missing. There were 4 of us and we had several dinners. Lots of small dishes to keep our rest. No matter what we needed on the kitchen side, we were there. Perfect air conditioning, perfect wifi. Perfect music. I would recommend this Airbnb 100%

We had an amazing stay at this adorable Santana cottage! The view was beyond stunning. The hosts are fantastic. They gave us a welcome basket and provided information about hikes and local restaurants.

Such a beautiful house on the mountain. You have the sea view. Rui very helpful, he helped us a lot with checking in. You have to be able to drive properly when booking this accommodation. The best way is to use the way according to the instructions of the landlord. The surroundings are fantastic, very quiet and very private. We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay in Madeira at this property. Lovely facilities throughout the place, with the pizza oven, jacuzzi and the hammock (our favourite) all very nice additions to the property which were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We opted not to heat the pool but the temperature was fine to swim in anyway! In terms of location the area is very peaceful and scenic however at the cost of activities often being a slightly further drive. We did not find this to be an issue throughout our stay however! Definitely recommend renting a car if staying here!

The apartment is peaceful and beautifully situated. The apartment is large and nice, with lots of space inside and outside. Private parking is a plus. The apartment is very well equipped, with good beds and comfortable bed linen and plenty of towels. Very good instructions on the use of the apartment and how to operate the TV. Very well equipped kitchen The apartment is very nicely located, with good views and very nice outdoor area. The apartment is very deserted so car rental is a must. It has a great bathroom and a small but nice toilet as well. We were only 2 guests, but it is fine to stay 4 people here. Even though it's deserted, it's fine to find your way with GPS. Overall a VERY nice apartment if you appreciate staying outside the city's noise and noise, and rather prefer nature, views, tranquility and staying a place that is more real Madeira.

Lovely apartment close to the apartment. Good place to stay for early departures. It is in the flight path, but it quiets down at around 9/10pm. Apartment has everything you need to feel right at home!

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

This place was spectacular! My husband and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The extra large balcony was a huge plus and the view is amazing. Jose and family were extremely helpful throughout our stay and flexible about check in as our plane coming into Madeira was late. This is our 2nd stay in Madeira and we will surely coming back in the future with this air bnb as our first choice of places to stay! 10/10!

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.
