It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

A rocky shoreline is visible, leading down to clear, calm waters. A set of stone steps ascends from the water's edge to the land above, framed by lush greenery. In the distance, two kayak paddlers can be seen enjoying the serene environment under a clear blue sky.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Thank you Maja for this very special oasis of calm . We will definitely return . All the best, Stefan, Angelika, Samuel and Larissa

Beautiful cozy home. Not very large but quite pleasant. The host is very friendly and always looking for a solution. The bathroom and bedroom are not huge, you should keep this in mind when booking the accommodation. If that doesn't bother you, the place is perfect. The beach can be reached via stairs, for older people this can be exhausting. The beach is a little secret for that. On the one hand, there is a gravel beach a bit further away with loungers. Via the nearby stairs you can reach the sea access, there are concrete surfaces and a shower. This is a bit rustic at first glance, but has charm. There were few local people in Baden. Overall, you can say that if you are looking for a quiet holiday village, this is the place for you.

Klara's place was such a GEM. We got to play a lot of pool with the pool table and had so much fun. There was a lot of space to spread out. Very close to the pier and many pubs and restaurants. Ample places to sleep and not hear each other. Highly recommend.
