Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

I loved the accommodation in this wonderful city, I felt at home: beautiful apartment and decoration, impeccable cleanliness and organization, excellent kitchen utensils, bed and bath, great location, restaurants and shops around. Great and attentive host, very polite, available and kind, brought us a heater, because we had a sudden cold spell. Pleasant neighbors and a friendly caretaker (Mr. Martinho). I intend to return soon!

Wonderful place with a wonderful view and a great location!! It is close to several sights in the city and also to several restaurants, bakeries, markets and pharmacies. Excellent, definitely the best place to stay in Joinville!!

Returning to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second consecutive year and we are already thinking about returning. It was my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year there were 12 of us, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable rooms, and best of all: your backyard is the beach! You go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the gazebo and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house delivers and exceeds what it promises. We spent beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. The host, Jorge, was attentive, polite and kind. We would rent it again without hesitation. Thank you so much for contributing to our perfect vacation!

Our beach vacation couldnt be better! Located only half a block from the sea, the house is beautiful, well decorated, super spacious and ventilated, has large suites, good grills and the kitchen is super well equipped! It also has beach suits, such as several chairs and parasol, so you don't have to worry about a thing! We found the space very clean, smells and well cared for! There are good supermarkets and bakers nearby, which makes it easy for those who want to cook while staying. And you can still choose to go by bike, as the house has 4 bikes for free use by guests! A delight! The hosts are very dear, flexible and have always responded to us quickly. The contact with them was always easy and quiet! No doubt, we will stay here again on our next vacation in Ubatuba!

Excellent hosting! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and attention to the smallest details. The house is excellent and served me and my family perfectly. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will certainly come back other times. I highly recommend it!!!

We were extremely happy to have found a house just like Vany provided us, it made all the difference in our trip, everything was impeccable from check-in to checkout! Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful.
