The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Without a doubt the house is better than the listing, clean, airy, cozy and super spacious. We were 14 adults and at no point felt cramped, even though everyone was always together. The outdoor area is a spectacle apart, especially at night, everyone enjoyed a lot, especially the children who were comfortable for the space. We only use the outdoor kitchen, even if there are two more support, super equipped, we did not miss anything at all. Mr. Luiz, a polite and zealous gentleman, took care of the pool every day and always concerned about our well-being. Kauana, the host was always very prompt, responded quickly, polite and allowed us to change the check in and check out times, improving our stay much more. We don't have any complaints, just compliments about this home! We'll definitely be back!

Great place for a big family

The house is wonderful the stay was amazing and everything we need we were able to count on Mauricio , I highly recommend!

Our stay was very good, the house has a lot of space, it was organized, clean and with very good taste. We have all kinds of utensils and accessories that make hosting very easy. The hostess is extremely polite and had a very helpful support person. It has all the amenities and can accommodate large families in great comfort. We only have compliments for the host, the house and the surroundings, we feel great and we enjoy the stay a lot.

The house is excellent, my family even wants to return. Great location, cozy space and very good structure, with everything we need. I recommend it.

Clean and organized place. The house is identical to the photos, with new and modern furniture. Fully equipped house. The leisure area is perfect. I just found it far from the beach… to take chairs and umbrellas, it's better to go by car. The beach location near the house is very quiet, with no restaurants and street vendors serving the beach. Pri is a sweetheart and answers questions very quickly.

We travel with family and friends, all with children. We were looking for a quiet place, with a pool and close to the sea. This place met exactly what we wanted. Casa super equipped with furniture, appliances and utensils, all very well cared for. Marici's Attention was excellent, super gentle and cordial.

I stayed at the house with my family and friends and had a very pleasant experience. It is a patio house, of older style, but in perfect conditions of use, extremely functional and offers a wide variety of utensils – pots, cutlery, glasses, glasses and even barbecue equipment. It is excellent especially for large groups. The rooms are spacious and well accommodate families or groups of friends. They are a suite and three additional bedrooms, one of which has two bunk beds, ideal for children or larger groups. The outdoor area is wide, perfect for children to play safely, as well as offering space for indoor parking. Another strong point is the proximity of the beach, with easy access you are already in the sand. In addition, there are options of restaurants, bars and markets nearby. The property has a shared outdoor area next to it, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, net space and beach items.

We had an extremely pleasant week … in a good house, comfortable, well equipped, airy, safe, well located, in a quieter part of the region, … Oh, there's a delicious pizzeria on the next block! The beach is a block away and, as we were with a baby, we thought it was great! I highlight the kindness and politeness of the host, João Vitor, in all our conversations :) I also couldn't help but thank Mr. Agnaldo, who literally welcomed us with open arms and made himself available for whatever we needed. Anyway, it was perfect!!! We'll be back... 😉

Casa top,near bakery, market, pharmacy, perfect place for those who want a house with a foot in the sand , Henrique is super attentive and responds fast, I like the place , we will definitely come back more often , super recommended!!!

A place full of peace, comfort and beauty! It was a precious time with the family! The outdoor area of the house is certainly the highlight of the place! We spent most of our time outside, cooking, relaxing, talking, and enjoying the nature and silence of the neighborhood. We sure want to go back!

Returning to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second consecutive year and we are already thinking about returning. It was my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year there were 12 of us, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable rooms, and best of all: your backyard is the beach! You go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the gazebo and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house delivers and exceeds what it promises. We spent beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Our stay at Fabiane's place was perfect, we had an unforeseen with another house that we located in Balneário Camboriú, a practically uninhabitable house, but it is not appropriate to talk about it here. This is where Fabiane's house comes in, simply saved our Carnival holiday, very well equipped house, impeccable cleaning, complete rooms with bedding and pillows, very good outdoor area with barbecue and full kitchen, extremely clean pool, the organization of the house surprised us very much, the hosts Márcio and Fabiane always willing and answering our questions. Anyway I indicate with eyes closed, and we will definitely return at the next opportunity.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. Regina's house is a super pleasant space in the heart of Capri beach. Located a few meters from the bay and the beach, it is an ideal getaway for those who want to rest away from the bustle of other resorts. The pool was clean and the backyard of the house was very well taken care of, with various plants and fruit trees. I hope to return more often in this very special corner.
