A super quiet place and close to everything with access to bakery, restaurants, barzinhos and ice cream shops. Do everything on foot, no need to use a car. It doesn't have a garage, but the street is quiet for parking. Access via stairs (approx. 50 steps). It has a compact kitchen with utensils. Equipado with air conditioning, internet and TV.

Everything without needing a car that can be parked at the front of the building on a calm and quiet street (we do not have a garage). Great to enjoy and rest! Newly renovated apartment, complete. Bed linen and towels are provided during the hotel standard stay. Pet friendly!
