I loved the stay. Home very clean and like the pictures. Small enclosed backyard, where my puppy can be free and at ease. Cris and Rodrigo welcomed me very well, and I intend to return soon. Capri Beach is very close, and with calm waters and a lot of tranquility. 10 for everything!

The stay was great, despite some periods of rain in the days we were, we were able to enjoy a lot. The place is very quiet, the house very comfortable. A Thaiane always helpful and attentive, left us a treat of welcome. They were very good days of rest and family. Gratitude 🙏🏻❤️

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is in a privileged place as shown in the photos of the listing, comfortable, clean, safe, we had sheets and towels to change. All the elements for the beach. Away from the noise, a few kilometers from the supermarket and other beaches with more nightlife. Dattero was always in touch to ask if we needed anything. A place to go back to and recommend without a doubt !!!

Nice apartment! it's the 4th time we rented in this Residential!!! First time in Gabrielle's depto, which has everything indicated in the listing! The best thing is that it is on the ground floor and you don't have to go up and down stairs, parking very fair for trucks! Gabrielle was super attentive and was quick to respond to my concerns !!!

Excellent! Beautiful, clean and well organized apartment, close to everything. Unique reservation is for a led hose that sits under the kitchen counter, the tip was loose and my boy got a shock, it was only the scare, but it's good to be careful with young children.

I loved it. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean, easy to use. The kitchen has everything in the kitchen, laundry room. 🧺 I washed beach clothes and towels, cleaned the apartment as if it were mine. There is air conditioning for everything, even in the kitchen and living room where you can dine or watch a good movie. The rooms are wonderful, super comfortable bed. My family loved it too. The place is near the beach, just one block away. I just have to thank you Joel for having received us, attentive, we will always return!!! Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apartment is great and the reception too. They welcomed us with great affection ♡

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

We really enjoyed our vacation, the beautiful and very complete apartment! We'll be back without a second chance!
