Vacation rentals with lake access in Praia Tróia Mar

I stayed in Alcochete for 6 weeks and both the house and area exceeded expectations (which were high to begin with). The town is a treasure, being both delightful and close to Lisbon (30 minutes by bus). The house is perfect for one or two people (maybe more). and has a good internet connection for working. The agent Vitoria was responsive and helpful (albeit unable to fix a nationwide power outage!) Highly recommended.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Thank you, Carla! I would definitely recommend this charming, renovated flat in historic Alfama, Lisbon. It's conveniently located a short walk from the famous yellow trolley line, mini markets, cafes and a laundromat. The self check-in option was perfect for our late arrival time. As the house location is not directly reachable by car, Carla provided very clear instructions on where our driver could drop us off and where we should go by foot from there. Get ready for steps -- but that's Lisbon! We enjoyed the beautiful view around the flat and the quiet community courtyard, complete with trees and a handy laundry line for drying clothes. The flat came equipped with lounge chairs, so we sat outside on the cobblestone terrace on our last evening and listened to the sounds of Fado song wafting in our direction. We sipped a lovely local wine (thanks, Carla!) and watched the lights of the ships passing by from our peek-a-boo view of the river. What a tranquil way to end our stay.

El piso de Jaques está tal cual las fotos, todo es nuevo y no te falta nada… jaques ha dejado unos regalitos y lo vimos en nuestra entrada, a parte de que no te falta nada. Ha dejado sal, aceite, azúcar, itens básicos que, muchas veces, en otros pisos no te dejan nada! El piso estaba super limpio, la cama es muy cómoda, la ubicación es muy tranquila… para los que queréis descansar, es el piso correcto. Para ir a Lisboa, hemos ido en coche y aparcamos por allí, así que no podemos opinar sobre el ferry o autobús que lleva a Lisboa… nos ha gustado mucho, esperamos repetir! :)

I cannot express how lovely Antonio and Maria are! They were so accommodating to our late flight. They gave us a warm welcome. When we arrived, they directed us to a restaurant because we were all so hungry and hadn’t eaten due to getting in late. The place was beautiful and fully equipped. It had everything!! They left toys for my kids. There was plenty of space for my family and I! The surroundings were gorgeous and the beach that was a 2 minute drive was stunning. Maria and Antonio came to fix the dishwasher when it wasn’t working and they went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely stay here again. And it wasn’t far from Lisbon or Sesimbra (which was also gorgeous). Thank you for such a wonderful stay and being so accommodating xxxx

Mariana’s home in Comporta was perfect in every way. Right in town, walkable to all the shops restaurants and bikes to the beach. She and her property manager were incredibly accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and had every amenity. I would love to stay here again and again and again. It truly made our trip to Comporta special and memorable. Thank you Mariana and Patricia!

Anthony's accomodation was extremely beautiful and spacious. For everyone of us privacy is extremely important and we had it there all the time. House was clean and marvellous. Swimming pools was great. Anthony was a great host and was answering our questions very quickly. We would strongly reccomend this place to individuals or families and friends who want to relax and have a lovely time.

We had a great stay at Patrick's villa. Communication was excellent; he responded quickly to any queries, even printing off Latin revision homework for our granddaughter and dropping it at the house, which she really appreciated. As a mixed generations group it worked perfectly as a house, with 2 suites downstairs and 2 upstairs, all with full bathrooms. At night shutters could be lowered automatically which gave added security when travelling with 2 little girls and also ensured a good night's sleep without early morning sun waking us. Air conditioning was good with individual controls The kitchen was well equipped, everything provided. The pool was lovely, a good size and pleasantly warm, although as a minor point softer sunbeds would be a bonus. We made full use of the table tennis and pool tables, as well as using the bbq which is at the rear of the garden. The beaches are vast, a very peaceful area without the commercialism of the Algarve. Thank you Patrick for your hospitality.

The apartment matches the description and is very nice and clean. Good place to stay with kids. The view is also pretty good. The location is actually very convenient. There is a ferry nearby (5 min walk) that shuttles every 15 minutes or so. It's inexpensive and it transfers you to the historical center. There are no traffic jams in the Tagus river so the travel time is below 10 minutes. There is a pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants nearby (100m). Unlike many places in tourist areas these are good. And it is possible to order food in one of them while boarding the ferry and pick up when on the other side. Very convenient after the whole day in the city.

Apartamento renovado, moderno, bem equipado e, sobretudo, bem localizado, próximo a excelentes padaria e pizzeria, supermercados, farmácia e metro. O bairro é residencial, bastante agradável e verde e na vizinhança do alojamento está o belíssimo Parque das Conchas, ótima opção de passeio para quem tem crianças, como nós. Nosso anfitrião, o senhor Jorge Bento, esteve sempre presente, ajudando-nos em tudo que precisamos. Adoramos! Lynnyngs, Francisco, Filipa e Augusto.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, con unas muy buenas vistas. Muy espacioso. Los niños se lo han pasado genial, a destacar el oso gigante de peluche y la hamaca. Las habitaciones son muy originales. Es una zona muy tranquila, con parking y accesible, lo que nos ha permitido movernos con el coche.

I’m very happy with my choice of apartment and my stay 😍 In person, it looks even better and more atmospheric than in the photos. It has a cozy, homey vibe — especially when the sun shines in 😌 The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable: the bed is great, and there’s everything you need for cooking and a pleasant stay overall. The internet worked really well — I was working during my stay and had no issues with the connection. The location is also great — a charming little street with lots of restaurants. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The host was proactive, caring, and friendly. I’m going to miss this place, but I definitely recommend it!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent place, excellent location, top tier cleanliness, Nana is a great host, five stars all around.

Orcun's place was the perfect spot for our stay in Lisbon. There are so many incredible restaurants and shops nearby and the apartment itself was a great size for the city. Everything was as expected, if not better! Some items to note -- if you are tall like me, be careful of the sloping ceilings (I did bump my head a couple times) & the stairs to get to the top floor are quite steep. That being said, I would definitely stay here again next time in Lisbon. The location cannot be beat!

Wir waren fast 14 Tage in Davids Haus. Wir waren als fast 80-jährige Mieter von Davids Unterstützung in allen Fragen begeistert. Auch für unser Chico-Hund war toll gesorgt. Wenn wir nochmals in die Gegend kommen würden würden wirwieder Davids Haus buchen ! Ein absolutes Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The house was very well located, close to the beach with a parking lot closeby We have enjoyed our time and particularly the barbecue. If you are doing kitesurf it’s a very nice spot, just in front of one of the spots so you can go walking.

Spacious villa with a private pool in a quiet, green setting. The house is well-equipped and offers a lot of privacy, with a beautiful outdoor area and even some horses nearby. You can occasionally hear a train pass by, but it’s not too disruptive. Comfortable bed and a great place to relax, just a bit outside the city. Can recommend!

Francisca for me really is a superhost. From the beginning until we left she was always there for us with helpful information concerning the house oder things you can do around in this Area. A big big thank you for letting us live in your home. We enjoyed really a lot . The house which is a littler bit older but has lots of charme has two bigger sleeping rooms and one smaller children room, so it is perfect for a family with two to four or even five children( there is even a baby bed ) . The house has a nice atmosphere and the garden ist perfect to play badminton or other games . The Area is perfect if you like to play golf, because the courses are in walking distance . For all the other things you need a car . A small super market is two minutes away with the car . The beaches of Fonta de Telha oder Costa da Caparica you reach in 10 Minutes with the car, to Lisbon you need about twenty minutes, if there’s a normal traffic, so for us this was strategically the best place to start our activities . We would come back anytime to have our holidays here again . Thomas Schneider

A casa fica em um verdadeiro pedaço de paraíso no Alentejo! Uma quinta espaçosa, rodeada por natureza, com animais, um lago e muito silêncio — o cenário ideal para descansar e se desconectar do mundo. A casa em si é extremamente confortável, com uma decoração acolhedora e de muito bom gosto. Cada detalhe foi pensado com carinho, e os toques deixados pela Maria na nossa chegada nos fizeram sentir imediatamente bem-vindos e em casa. Uma experiência que certamente vamos guardar com carinho!

Our stay at Casa das Hortas was just fantastic, Maria, the host , has put a lot of care to create a very confortable retreat where you can find all you might need. The house is very nice and cozy and has everything you may need for your stay Besides that, Maria welcomed us with a fantastic basket full of local products and form the home orchard that were just delicious. The house is placed in a very nice private property where you can walk around freely and has plenty of things to do. Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the weather and we had some rainy days, but that gave us the chance to use the fantastic chimney to create a cozy atmosphere. Alcalcer do Sal and nearby Comporta offer good day trips and restaurants We hope to come back again !

We thoroughly enjoyed Nunos place, the location is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Nuno was excellent at communicating and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
