The Container House is great, everything is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is great, very quiet, and there are countless options for restaurants, supermarkets, etc. that can be reached on foot. Communication with Samanta was great, she responds quickly, very attentive. The concept of the Container House is super modern, it has all the necessary comforts, the bath is wonderful. We took my father to visit, he is an older person and wanted to see what it is like to "live" in a container, and he loved it! Anyway, a super suitable house for a few days at the beach. Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. There is a small river that flows in the background, a lot of tranquility and privacy. It has a floor fire, barbecue and fireplace. Trees with fruit, shade and sunny parts. Furnished with architectural taste. I highly recommend it.

Bah! What a house, what a perfect place! The house is full of care and details! We went at the end of May and it was a little cold, so we used the wood stove. I didn't want to leave the house, to enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature! What peace! But we went to the trail of the source of the Rio dos Sinos. It's a spectacle! We came back and took a divine bath! Downstairs, there is the kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the bedroom has 2 beds and a toilet, in addition to the balcony with a spectacular view. The house is full of windows to contemplate nature. Excellent quality water! There are books, games and a hammock to use on the balcony! Well covered, plus bed and bath linens. It has everything! We received a visit from 2 cats from the neighbor (they have an owner, don't take them!!), sweethearts, beautiful and affectionate! The stay was perfect! The house is a work of love and art, with signs of affection in every detail making us feel at home. We bathed in the river and sunbathed (about 15 minutes of walking), went to Cascata da Forqueta (by car + walking + trail) and it was very worthwhile! It's beautiful! We saw armadillos on the road and big jararaca lizards on the trail. If there is someone in the group who is not used to hiking, it is better to look for other waterfalls, there are beautiful options. On the road there is pastel and cane juice, there is also Rua do Comércio, with a market that serves very well. The valley is beautiful, the mountains are mesmerizing, the family (which we were lucky enough to meet) is charming, and the house, which has their affection expressed, is perfect. The family is close but the privacy is total! Drinking coffee while looking at the mountains for hours, enjoying a wine by the fireplace at night were an important part of this experience, where time stopped for us. Go and be happy as we were, and have beautiful memories like the ones we brought back!
