My stay was only one night, but it was very quiet the house had a great outdoor space that would enjoy more if it stayed longer. Daniel was super helpful and quickly responded to msg in addition to recommendations from nearby places. The house is well clean with a well organized kitchen, bathroom and room.....

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

We highly recommend it, the house has great space, close to the beach, Eduardo is very attentive and kind. We will definitely look for more opportunities to rent the property!!

The house is beautiful, very enjoyable. The beach is uncrowded. The pool is super clean. The electrical installation is a little loose. The plugs are half loose. But overall, I would go again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was super-equipped, very complete. I recommend it 100%.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

Everything was wonderful, the environment, organized, clean. He was flexible at our checkout and waited for us with coffee available in the house, plus a very nice "treat" of a very tasty cornmeal cake. We'll be back for sure!

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. For sure, the next times, we will search for the same property, it is worth the experience of those who want to feel at home, with all the room and tranquility.

New Space with basic amenities. We miss some kitchen items, especially in a longer stay and it is customary to cook. Beds are comfortable as well as kitchen chairs and sofa. An excellent proximity to the beach.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay a few days, and we're already eager to return. The view is great, 12th floor and sea view, better than the photos, our cats also loved it, they explored every corner!!! The apartment is very functional, large rooms, entrance to the balcony through the kitchen and the living room, independent, which allows for several environments. Garage closed, no repairs, perfect! I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

The property is in a privileged location: safe, quiet and only a 10-minute walk to the Guarita Park and the perfect beaches for those looking for tranquility. Although a little away from the center, it was exactly what we were looking for: rest away from the hustle and bustle. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and complete, with everything we needed. Host Alexandre has always been very polite and helpful, making our stay even smoother. We spent 4 days very well accommodated and we certainly recommend the place! Without a doubt, we would return!
