The entrance to the building is framed by lush greenery and palm trees. A set of wide stairs leads up to a glass facade, reflecting the sky and surroundings. The exterior combines natural stone and wooden accents, creating an inviting approach.

Beautiful Loft, 3 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from downtown. Located in the prime area of Torres, on the corner of the Four Squares, with a pharmacy and market on the corner. It has 1 double bed and 1 extra double mattress, sleeps 4 people, ideal for a family as it has no private room. We offer sheets, pillows and blankets. With covered garage and elevator. 110v and 220v outlets. We also have air conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, blender, coffee maker, electric iron and fan.

Beautiful Studio 503, in the Center of Torres!

This is the best for your stay! Comfortable and beautiful studio, with minimalist decor, cozy and ideal to enjoy your days on the most charming beach in RS. Great location, close to downtown, beaches and easy access to the main tourist spots. Fully equipped for your stay and comfort. We do not have a garage, guests park in front, it is a central region and we have never had incidents with vehicles. There is also a rotating garage on the side street.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with neutral-colored bedding. Soft natural light enters through a large window with light-filtering shades, casting gentle shadows. Decorative pendant lights hang from the ceiling, contributing to the modern aesthetic.

The Loft was designed for the greatest comfort, with custom-made furniture, new household appliances, blender, electric coffee maker, electric bottle, fruit juicer, toaster, thermos, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. Located 300 meters from Praia da Cal, and Guarita Park, the most beautiful nature of Torres. The location is really excellent, close to a mini-market, bakery, butcher shop and bakery. Also nearby is an excellent pizzeria, Srº. & Srª Lucchese.

The kitchen area features a compact layout with a gas stove, two refrigerators, and a small dining table. Light cabinetry with decorative curtains enhances the space, and a wall-mounted mirror is positioned above the countertop, providing a sense of openness.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully furnished kitnet with swimming pool in the leisure area, 50 meters from the nicest beach in Torres. Close to Morro do Farol and Parque da Guarita. Ap set up in Sep/23. NOTE: It is a double bed and a sofa bed. The location on the site is not matching reality. The loft is 50 meters from the sea, on Rua Cruzeiro do Sul.
