The condominium is 300 meters from the largest supermarket in the city and has easy access via Av. Paraguaçu. Less than a 5-minute drive you are on the seashore or 20 minutes in the center of Capão da Canoa. A portal within Imbé!

Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

Small apartment, but with everything you need to spend a few days, with the basics to make meals, nearby market, Wi-Fi, smart TV and with all the amenities of the Native Beach House (Deck, garden, lounge with benches, terrace with tables, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue) ideal for couples...it is 2 km from the beach and 1.5 km from the center but easily accessible and on paved streets.
