My wife and I stayed at the end of June in the fabulous apartment. Just as described, lovely, clean and modern. We really enjoyed the terrace which got great sun from 12 noon onwards until late. The apartment is only a couple of steps from tunnel beach and right in the centre of old town Albufeira. Was very close to all amenities, shops, beach, restaurants and bars. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Ewa was very helpful and was good at communicating to me. I loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean, very modern, had all the amenities you will need and i felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The bed was really comfortable, there was prime video Netflix and Wifi which was great. The shower was also very powerful and water roasting hot. The view from the balcony of the old town, sea and beach was so nice. It was walkable to the old town where there are loads of restaurants and bars. You also have a supermarket and bar a few hundred yards from the apartment which was great. I had a great time and would recommend to friends and family.

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay and a perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach and all shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. Check in was clear and easy, and the host was flexible with check in times. Inside was clean and spacious plus alley cats right outside the door were an added bonus for cat lovers. Loved staying here!

Amazing place. Best unit in Albufeira. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Very large unit. Hot tub was fantastic. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Maria our host was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again upon our return

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Balcony. Helena is very quick to respond to any emails, and enquiries. Be aware it is 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. It's location is very good, being close to the Old Town, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. These are quite noisy in the evenings, but the apartment is very well sound proofed, so there was no problem. All in all the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would not hesitate to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect! Access to escalators were close by, restaurants nearby as well, and beach was a hop skip and jump away. Beautiful views of the beach ! Very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The bathroom was super clean and you had enough towels (also for the beach) ! The host was super nice, gave us recommendations and always responded quickly! We will be happy to come back :)

João was very helpful. And quick to reply. While I didn’t hear much from him after booking. As soon as I reached out just before he immediately replied. We also had an issue (first time this has ever happened to us) where we locked ourselves out of the apartment). He replied within the hour of our messaging him, even though he was busy at work. He first clarified if we had an immediate need to get back in, and we did not. So we then made arrangements to meet him at the apt a few hours later and he arrived exactly at the time he indicated he would. He had been at work and it wasn’t close to the apartment and yet he didn’t let any of that get in the way of helping us. When we arrived there was a large bottle of water and a bottle of wine to welcome us. His apt is very well appointed. Bed is comfy, shower is great, and it has an incredible view! Nice pool too It’s a quick walk into town but far enough that the loud music & sounds from the center of town don’t disrupt your visit

I loved it here , it was amazing view from the livingrom with a huge window. The house had all u needed. And if u had some q`s they were helping u with whatever just on a second. I really want to recommend this house to all going to algarve love Rob <3

Thank you for the loveliest stay! The apartment is in a a great location – close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Check in and communication were great and I look forward to coming back :)

I was about hesitant about booking as it was a new listing in Airbnb but the moment that I booked Rita has been nothing but kind and helpful, she replies instantly where help is needed. She also gave an in depth video of how to get to the bnb, how to check in, other amenities and things to do around the area which was really helpful and made a very smooth check in. In regards to the bnb itself, it was spectacular, and it had everything you need and extra stuff(board games, cards, Netflix on tv etc) all kitchen appliances that you needed was there also. It was 10minutes walk to beach, old town and nearby shop and also lovely pool and bar and restaurant in the area. What I loved most was the private roof top area, was amazing taking in the stunning view. I ate breakfast at the top every morning and it couldn’t have been any better. I would 100% recommend staying here, I had a lovely stay thanks to Rita ☺️

Marina was an amazing host. Very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in the perfect location with beautiful views over the town and close to the beach as well as restaurants/bar area. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough!

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

The apartment is huge, peaceful, fully stocked with lots of extras. Outdoor pools with stunning views. Close to old Lagos and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from a short break at this apartment. We arrived late in the evening but the staff on site were friendly and directed us straight to the apartment. Check in was easy with the coded door and everything was clean and well prepared on arrival. The apartment is modern with enough facilities for a pleasant stay. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is big and there are plenty sun loungers for a relaxing day in the sun. The complex has a pool bar / restaurant that is open daily servicing drinks, food, ice cream etc so this is really convenient. The marina is a short walk away offering lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Old town is a 15-20 minute walk away and is great to spend the evening in. New town is a short taxi ride away if you want to venture this far - there is no need as the Marina and Old Town offer much more than the New Town. We would stay here again if we return to Portugal in the future. Thank you.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.

The appartement was all we could ask for! Fabio made us feel at home. It was an amazing stay! I would greatly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy Faro’s old town.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was in perfect condition, very clean and close to the city center on foot. The pool is a real plus! I recommend it:)

Absolutely perfect location. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Super clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, can't recommend enough!
