Apartment close to the beach, as described in the description. The staff are super kind and friendly. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. The host was super helpful and polite, I have nothing to complain about, I would definitely rent it again.

The hostess Dona Neusa is always proactive, always answered questions quickly, very polite, the apartment is well located near the market, bakery etc, it is very close to the beach, just across the street, great beach, in short, only compliments, I will soon return for sure!!!!

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it there are markets and plenty of shops. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We managed to have a barbecue and enjoy it a lot. The bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it much easier not to have to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want to cook and Wi-Fi for remote work. For those who need Uber, we were able to get around without a problem with this type of transportation. You can rent it without fear!

The place is very close to the beach and is great, we thought the AP was great, however, one of the rooms smelled musty (when it is closed for a long time) and had a little dust, other than that, wonderful and the owner of the AP was super nice, polite and attentive. We liked it very much and would come back!

Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

Extremely comfortable, clean and organized house. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and very complete kitchen. Clean towels and linens were made available for the stay and Marcel was very helpful, I really liked it, I will definitely be back.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, detail, place, a great location, everything was very clean, the doormen were very polite and loving, everything was perfect. We felt super comfortable, as if it was our home!! We don't even have anything to complain about. I intend to return, for sure.❤️

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

Andrea was extremely attentive from the first contact — always very friendly, quick in the answers and available to ask questions and help with whatever it took. We feel very welcome! The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
