I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

The apartment is simply wonderful, with a stunning view that makes the stay even more special. We found clean linens, fragrant towels and an extremely well-equipped kitchen, with everything we could need. We were delighted with the affection of the reception, we were surprised with a treat upon arrival, a gesture that made all the difference. Murilo, a thoughtful and very helpful host, was always available to assist us in whatever we needed. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. Very empathetic and cooperative. We will definitely return more often!

Super quiet villa, we didn't have any problems. Ângela always responds very quickly, it was super requests with our checkin that it took a little while and promptly made itself available to resolve. The penthouse is wide, accepts pet and had pretty much everything we needed. We forgot to bring hand towels and there was no available, I recommend taking it. As well as plug adapters as the sockets are of the old model without the ground. Super equipped kitchen, functional service area. It has cooler, chairs and umbrellas available. It is important to bring items such as sugar, coffee, paper filter, oil, as there is no in the house. It is minutes from the beach, pharmacy, markets, everything is resolved by walking around the neighborhood. It has a shower in the outdoor area near the barbecue, very good!

The apartment is simply splendid — spacious, airy and very well decorated, with a beachy charm that perfectly matches the energy of the place. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching into the horizon like a living picture. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a unique experience, which brought an indescribable peace. Undoubtedly, it is the ideal place for those seeking a refuge from the daily grind, a space where body and mind find rest and renewal. It was a memorable stay, and we will certainly be back. The positive point is the location of the apartment that is served as a market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants very close by, not to mention the excellent Tombo beach that is less than 50 meters. In relation to the accommodation all according to the description and photos of the listing. It is an old, but well maintained apartment with new furniture and utensils that served the stay well. As a negative point I highlight the building's garage that is very tight, even when it is full there is no way to get into the vehicle since the car parked next door prevents the opening of the door...rs. Another point worth highlighting are the bedroom and living room fans that are operated by remote control. When trying to control one, the other fans also respond to the command although installed in another room. Maybe there's a way to use it properly, but I didn't find out. To end the stay was very fruitful and I would certainly recommend it to others.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Patrícia's apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Located very close to Tombo beach and on a quiet street and close to a supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants. Patrícia was an excellent host, giving us flexible check-in and leaving restaurant tips. Extra point for the concierge staff!

I was pleasantly surprised, the location of the apartment is great, we got there and the apartment was super tidy and clean, extremely comfortable, you have to bring bed linens and everything related to cloths because there is none and we were aware, because the host warned us. It is close to Praia do Tombó, and has several options of restaurants on the street itself, we will definitely be back.
