Wonderful location, facing the beach, impeccable apartment, super clean and smelling good!! Super fast Wellington service! We really liked it and, whenever we can, we'll be back!!!

Super quiet villa, we didn't have any problems. Ângela always responds very quickly, it was super requests with our checkin that it took a little while and promptly made itself available to resolve. The penthouse is wide, accepts pet and had pretty much everything we needed. We forgot to bring hand towels and there was no available, I recommend taking it. As well as plug adapters as the sockets are of the old model without the ground. Super equipped kitchen, functional service area. It has cooler, chairs and umbrellas available. It is important to bring items such as sugar, coffee, paper filter, oil, as there is no in the house. It is minutes from the beach, pharmacy, markets, everything is resolved by walking around the neighborhood. It has a shower in the outdoor area near the barbecue, very good!

Apartamento impeccable, clean, well-equipped kitchen, very spacious!All as described! Surrounds with pharmacy, bakery, market, market! Right in front of the building there is a stall with super friendly staff and tasty food! We will definitely return!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

All great! Clean apartment, kitchen with all the utensils available and extremely tidy. Bed with good mattress and variety of pillows. Roberto was also very kind in his service and flexible check-in. The building where the apartment is located is excellent and the staff are very kind. I recommend the stay!

They were wonderful days, the stay was perfect everything was very beautiful and organized, the location was perfect too everything was very close. It was definitely worth every minute!

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. We really like the space. The house is very well suited to the number of people indicated and is very complete with regard to utensils and appliances. The staff who attended to us was wonderful.

The house is big and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and an electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I got a bad weather weekend, but I loved Guaiuba Beach. I'm already planning to come back.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!
