The space is super cozy and has a captivating decor, well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip will definitely be back to the same place! I just note that the Jacuzzi is not heated and there is no observation in the description of the apartment, as we did not go in the summer, it was something that bothered us because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that had no use.

The house is excellent! All very new and functional! We loved the surroundings, very quiet, great for hiking, close to the square with a soccer field and beach tennis, in addition to the proximity to the beach. The stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be back.

We were just fantastic in our stay! The house is impeccable and very well planned — from the kitchen utensils to the comfort of the rooms and living spaces, everything was thought out with care and attention to detail. Maicon was extremely kind and attentive, always quick to respond and willing to help with whatever was needed. And the view… oh, the view! It is breathtaking. We recommend with eyes closed! Come without fear — you will live days of peace and tranquility, for sure.

We stayed at Ribeirao because we had a wedding at Villa Casarao. The house is about 100 meters from the location. We even walked. Simple but very good house with everything we needed!

Felipe was a darling. My parents arrived early for check-in and he was very helpful. He always responded very quickly and received my parents very well. The stay is perfect, we will definitely come back more often with our little dog🩷.

1 DETAIL ONLY. Great place, excellent landscape, quality is beyond words. The only important point: use the store in front of the climb as a reference point for UBER and IFOOD. Because if you let the apps themselves pull your location, they will send both UBER and IFOOD far away from the location. So to avoid frustration, use the location of the store in front of the climb.

The Casinha de Mariana is a very nice place. When we arrived, it was his mother, Mrs. Rita. It was cordial and allowed us to check in ahead of schedule, and gave us local tips and recommendations. The accommodation is cozy and has everything we needed in terms of utensils, bed linens and bathrooms. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the view of the garden is beautiful, straight to the green hills, full of forest. The Açores beach is a nook, a resting place. It has few restaurants, it has a local market, so it is necessary to program for food. I hope to come back next summer.

The house is amazing! The view is perfect! The Jacuzzi was key! The house is excellent in every detail. We went on a cold weekend and there were blankets for everyone! A delight! The only thing that didn't match the quality of everything else was the beds and mattresses. We'll be back for sure

The beach where the house is located is wonderful, the owner helped me with all questions, answered me in a very good, honest and attentive way... the house is small but easily accommodates two people, I highly recommend the house because it is very comfortable and cozy. For the next guests, I only leave the observation to be careful when entering the garage, it can be a little tight and also the issue of not taking too much food that needs to be put in the refrigerator, because in the house there is only a minibar. But in short, this is it. It was a wonderful trip and the owner was very nice, I give it a perfect score, it was really worth it.

An excellent place in the heart of Lagoa. It has everything you need to relax, as well as being close to everything in the lagoon. Great for those who want something practical, modern and quiet, in a great location.

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. I appreciate the owner's 24-hour attention and availability to resolve any problems in connection with the condominium keys and tags. Many thanks for everything and we will be back soon!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

A very magical space where you'll get some of the best sleep of your life. This is a community first space so there are other residents who are kind, non-intrusive and are mostly there to enjoy their solitude too. Great vista and paved part of the road so you can access easily by car, bike or on foot. This isn't a big land to walk around on though so plan to have little escapes planned if you're looking for activity. Aruna is more about rest and the view. Super close to incredible beaches, waterfalls, and other retreat centers.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. On one of the days, the cold was bothering us and the heater was a savior and we were able to have a great night's sleep. Rafa and Fernando were always concerned about our stay, from booking to checkout. I didn't take advantage of all the apartment's amenities because I was visiting a friend and ate at his house, but there's everything there for those who want to enjoy the comforts of home.

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
