We love the location and the apartment, a very safe condominium. Everything is close by, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The beach is easy to access. Everything matched the listing made by the host. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back .

Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.

My experience in the stay was just amazing! The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, bars and all local shops — all close by, which made our tours much easier. The location is super safe, with an electronic gate and properly identified access, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the trip. The apartment is complete, well organized and super functional. A special highlight is the washing machine, which made all the difference: we managed to get back from the trip with everything clean and organized! In addition, the water temperature, both in the showers and in the pool, was always pleasant, providing comfort in moments of rest. And the air-conditioning cooling down nicely was a wonderful relief after the hot beach days. The host also deserves praise: always very attentive, provided all the necessary guidance and was available whenever we needed it. Certainly, a stay that exceeded expectations!!!!!

I have no words to describe the place… I was feeling like I was in paradise, I already want a place like this to live haha… beautiful apartment, wonderful condominium, the pool is so big and beautiful, it's incredible. My stay was excellent! The place was exactly as described in the listing, everything was very clean, organized and well maintained. We live happy moments! We will definitely be back. Well located space, supermarkets and restaurants close by. A few meters from the beach, a busy place. Safe condominium, functional leisure area with wonderful pool around, quiet and clean. The functional space with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good quality towels and sheets. 2/4 air conditioner running well, all impeccable. Although it does not use the kitchen much, it has all necessary utensils. We went in 5 people, it was very quiet. But the space is comfortable for 4 people. Township up to 6, on 2 extra mattresses, which you can place on the floor of the room. Great cost beneficial, safe place, clean, mould and mite free, comfortable. Host request, resolving. We love!

The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!

The house faithfully corresponds to the listing. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, easy access. Super easy and attentive communication, it is right next to the Square to get by car. A great cost benefit for those who like Trancoso.

We very much enjoyed our stay, cozy place, the super attentive Valéria and very pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach, restaurant and markets. The only thing left to be desired was the bathroom, mainly social, because it was a fossa in the city, the stench and the vase clogged very easily. We passed the case to Valeria as responsible. But we highly recommend the stay and certainly in another opportunity, we will come back, because it was TOP⛱️⛱️⛱️

Our stay was perfect. Mutá beach is a delight, warm and calm water. It is 15 km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in busy periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of people, so it was great.
