Our stay was AMAZING!! I traveled with my family and everyone without exception said they imagined themselves living in that house, because it was so cozy and welcoming, that we felt at home! The house is spacious, all decorated in yellow tones that is the charm apart, house all equipped with utensils, including with glasses! but it has to take the main supplies, air-conditioning in every room, heated pool is cleaned every day, the place is extremely safe and quiet. I recommend this space for those seeking rest and tranquility, the house is very well cared for. Regarding the distance from the beach, it is perfect for those who do not like the movement and bustle of the waterfront, a 25 to 30 minute walk in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and you are already on the sand, and for those who do not want to walk, a very affordable car app takes you to the beach. A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host, given that due to my flight schedules I had to check in late, she helped us and made our arrival easy without any problems. The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. I loved the house, just like the listing, Ramon attended to us very well, we had an unforeseen event on the trip, but he was super attentive, proactive, helped us arrive at our destination, wonderful house, accommodated my family and a couple of friends very well, the place is close to everything, I arrived on Wednesday and left on Sunday morning, it was one of the most incredible trips I've had, we will definitely come back more often.🥰

The day I confirmed the reservation, Renise already made contact. The house was released as soon as the cleaning was finished, as we arrived early in Porto Seguro. When we arrived, I received very clear instructions to pick up the keys and gate control. The house was super clean and organized. Clean and organized refrigerator and cabinets. Beds with clean linens and towels as well. Oh, and despite having air conditioning, the house is super ventilated and with daylight radiating into all the rooms. I felt at home.

I stayed with my family from 5/5/2025 to 5/13/2025, excellent apartment, clean linens, kitchen with impeccable containers, I just missed an air fryer, it would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a future visit to Porto Seguro, I would definitely choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again.

House in a very well located condominium. It's worth the trip for the quality of the nearby beaches!!! We went as a family with children... the beach is too good!!!

Our stay at Amanda's house was wonderful, she is always very helpful and quick to communicate. We arrived very late and she did everything to help us, we had no problem with the check-in. The space is exactly as described in the photos, the condominium is very well maintained and clean. The condominium pool is super clean and nice. The location is excellent, on a street with several shops and very close to Taperapuã beach.
