Our stay was perfect. Mutá beach is a delight, warm and calm water. It is 15 km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in busy periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of people, so it was great. The condominium is very cozy, and the apartment was clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend!

Location close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, taxis, bus stops and local transportation. Exactly 800 meters on foot from the Way of Moses. 750 meters from the cross of the first Mass. Even though I was in the company of a child and an elderly person, I did not use a vehicle on any day to go to the beach. For those who come to Porto Seguro Airport and want to stay only in Coroa Vermelha, it is not worth renting a car. Use other local transportation Sérgio is an amazing, beautiful person, great location.

I must confess that I found it 1000 times better than the beautiful photos show! Nothing to complain about. You can purchase without a shadow of a doubt. I'm very picky about houses. But I recommend everything without a doubt. I intend to return soon! Excellent place for couples and also for those with children. Family condominium, organized, safe. New house, clean, new utensils, clean bathrooms, large, air-conditioning and fans working in the 2 bedrooms, fans in the living room and kitchen working. Spacious, clean kitchen, table with 8 chairs. Note that the house is new. There's nothing dirty, no musty smell. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, closets in the rooms with TV. Very nice room, with TV and fan. Guys, come on... just come on. My stay was wonderful, my family was very well settled in, comfortable, we were very well received by Erika, who showed time availability to any situation that happened, very polite as well as Marcelo himself. The place was extremely clean, organized, all utensils in perfect condition, nice-smelling linens.... it was a perfect stay, I highly recommend it and I will return again. I leave here my thanks to Erika who welcomed us and to Marcelo.

The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!

Great location. Close to the beach and a little far from the mess, place as described in the photos, very well cleaned and organized, heated pool and very safe place, with people access control. Market and restaurants nearby. I love it and I intend to go back.

I spent 6 days, it was supposed to be a vacation, but I ended up needing to recover from an emergency surgery, and the place served me perfectly. Great location, close to pharmacies and markets, complete and comfortable house, great rooms and has all the kitchen utensils. I felt very comfortable to recover. Super was worth it.

We love being in Porto Seguro, and even better accommodated, when I arrived the apartment was super clean. Very well arranged. Quiet place. Only the Wi-Fi wasn't working very well. But it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it.
