We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the exciting neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was true to the photos.

Excellent stay. There were 8 of us, the apartment is spacious and with two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always room for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Excellent quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair across the street. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and took care of everything.

The accommodation was even better than advertised, extremely clean and organized, a quiet and beautiful environment that left everyone very satisfied. We will definitely return at a next chance.

As a Chilean, the apartment is 10 out of 10, it is very spacious and large, the advantage is that it has everything you need to feel at home, from the utensils to its amenities. Good garage if you're coming by car. The host is always willing to answer questions quickly and kindly, so very good. There was a small ant invasion that the host is aware of, so there will be fumigation. Even so, there was insecticide for us. As a foreigner, the surroundings seem desolate and a little unsafe for the quality and elegance of the building, although less than a 10-minute walk to the waterfront of the quiet beach, there was no problem. A pleasure to have chosen the apartment, especially if you are looking for something quiet and not so bohemian.

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

Great house, beautifully decorated and cozy. Luiz is extremely proactive and quick in all assistance. The house is inside a very comfortable, safe and well-located condominium. You can safely leave the children alone. The house has all the necessary items, from bed, table and bath. New air-conditioning. The condominium serves meals at a good price, which makes it much easier. Cozy space and well-maintained. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. well worth the experience.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

Despite the initial shock of a blackout in Buzios due to a storm the day before our arrival, we were delighted with the house, the location and the entire dedication of Daniel's staff. It was a wonderful stay of my family that came from different parts of the world for the Christmas and New Year holidays. We'll be back !

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (quincho and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, even a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thank you friends, it makes you want to come back always!!

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.
