I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

Clean, well organized. Beds were comfortable. Info on how to use electric showers would have been good; especially to know that without rubber flooring you should wear rubber flip-flops in the shower, at least from info we received when we looked online, and also how to regulate the shower temperature. Also, since we were in a hotel prior that has hair dryers supplied that would have been a nice addition as I did not have one. Loved the private bathrooms with each room, plus a half bath on the main floor. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony with lounge chairs etc. Overall a very nice stay.

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home, made the time in Buzios so much more comfortable and everything was clean and perfect!

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Delicious Condo, swimming pool just in front of the door of the house! Casa has all the necessary utensils and even more! Glória responds quickly whenever we need it and the homemade Luiz is a sweetheart! We felt at home! Close to the beach and the neighborhood we really like! We'll be back for sure ♥️

Excellent stay. Everything as shown in the images and descriptions. Diana responded quickly, nothing was missing, everything was fine. Maneuvering the car into the garage is complicated if the car is large, but we were able to leave it at the entrance to the garage, so there were no problems. At worst, the street is very quiet, so there are no problems staying there either. Tucuns is very peaceful, the sea is a little rougher because it is open sea, but it guarantees excellent tranquility. recommend the stay.

The stay was amazing! I went with my husband, my parents and our dogs. Everyone loved the house! The place is quiet, quiet, wooded. All very clean and organized. The house is well airy, bright and spacious. It has all the utensils you need, and everything of great quality. We highly recommend the space! We love it!

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time in it that left us with a taste of wanting more! A modern house with plenty of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and a table for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a big plus. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just minutes from downtown, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

The stay was incredible! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and was always available to answer questions. A special highlight goes to the chef's service, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

The accommodation is just as described or better. The host greeted us when we arrived and responded immediately to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best part is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even an ice cream maker to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block away from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

Fernanda and Milton were very kind at all times during our stay. Beautiful place, close to the most beautiful beach and a few blocks from the avenue where the vans pass by that take you wherever you want. Excellent everything! Thank you so much

Very good house, clean (I believe it just needs a little more attention to the gutter near the stove), organized, great location, quiet neighborhood. Needs more care with the grass and the bedroom doorknobs are falling. Your repellent will be much needed! Air-conditioning in both rooms working perfectly. The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were a few mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! Excellent choice in Búzios. Spacious, comfortable house with everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Excellent outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal size pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.
