The house is wonderful. As described! There is cleaning on site. The beach is within walking distance. Very beautiful condominium.

100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responding immediately! I would definitely come back.

Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well-equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (within walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it a lot easier. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

The place is very well equipped and everything was clean. My family and I love the house. Bruna was flexible with check-in time and helped with one thing or another that was missing.

A very spacious house, with common areas above the average in Búzios, which allowed all guests spaces for good socializing. The swimming pool is a show apart. Huge, good depth, it remained warm all night, only with the day's temperature. The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
