The house is simply excellent! Everything was very clean, organized and with an impeccable structure, which perfectly suited our stay. The host is extremely attentive and careful with every detail — I've never seen anything like it! And the cook is wonderful: each meal is prepared with great affection and flavor. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

We had a great stay. Both the house and the environment are very beautiful. It was easy to walk to the beach where free to use sun chairs were waiting for us.

The house is in a quiet condominium, but with many leisure and game options, which helped us a lot in rainy moments. The apartment is well located, close to the center, you can do everything on foot, which makes the stay much easier. It is compact, so it is worth evaluating whether it serves more than two people. It's practically in front of the beach! The kitchen structure is simple but functional: it has a minibar, microwave, cooktop, dishcloth, salt, plates, glasses and cutlery. There's no balcony, so the clothes take longer to dry, but there were two extra towels available, which helped a lot. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I found the sheets clean, although with some stains. The parking space is rotating, so in high season there may be some difficulty in parking. About the noise: it is important to know that there is a lot of movement early in the morning, mainly due to the people who work on the beach and the loading and unloading of food in the nearby restaurants. In addition, we noticed some construction work in the region. For those who are light sleepers, it can be a point of attention. Overall, we really liked it🙏!

Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who welcomed us with great courtesy and friendliness. Several household appliances and electronics too, we don't miss anything. Rinaldo was always very polite and helpful, giving us tips on restaurants and a tour guide. We took the tour with the agency he recommended and it was totally worth it. We loved everything, it was definitely a very good experience. 10 stars

The apartment is beautiful. The great location, 3 blocks from downtown beaches but very clean and quiet. The complex in general is very nice and clean. Rita and all the staff were very friendly and willing. The apartment has everything you need to cook and several appliances including a water filter, which came super so as not to spend on it. I would come back without hesitation.

O Flat é lindo e aconchegante em uma das praias mais lindas do Nordeste. Exatamente como nas fotos, bem decorado e equipado, a anfitriã muito gentil, sempre respondendo quando solicitada. Recomendo demais!

The apartment is very good in a gated community. Everything in the apartment was new and worked well. For two days we had to work in the apartment and the Wi-Fi is good. It doesn't have that much speed, but it wasn't a problem for two people. There is also Wi-Fi in the restaurant just across the street if needed. The condominium is very good with a great pool, restaurant, 24-hour grocery store. The beach in front is good for swimming and the condominium has chairs and umbrellas there.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa durante minha estadia em Maragogi! O apartamento é simplesmente excelente,confortável, bem equipado e com uma decoração que transmite aconchego e bom gosto. A área de lazer é perfeita para relaxar e aproveitar cada momento, com espaços muito bem cuidados que tornam a experiência ainda mais especial. Um destaque à parte vai para a hospitalidade das anfitriãs, Marília e Suzi. Desde o primeiro contato, foram atenciosas, prestativas e extremamente acolhedoras, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Com certeza, é um lugar que recomendo de olhos fechados e para o qual pretendo voltar em breve!

SUPER RECOMENDO. Monica foi muito atenciosa desde quando fiz a reserva pelo Airbn. Contato rápido e prático. O espaço é perfeito, fui com família, éramos 3 casais + minha bebê de 4 meses, a qual dormiu em berço e usou carrinho de bebê disponibilizados no apartamento. O espaço é perfeito para passeio com a família. Voltarei com certeza!

Excelente departamento ubicado dentro de un condominio con varias piscinas para niños y adultos, que puedes disfrutar después de la playa, incluso tiene bares para seguir disfrutando de caipiriñas o lo que desees. Tiene salida directo a la playa, con guardias de seguridad. Además hay ricos restaurantes alrededor donde almorzar o cenar cerca del condominio, entre ellos: Gazella, Maracaju y Cocoroco.Tiene conectividad con Uber y estacionamientos para ir en auto. Lo disfrutamos un montón!! gracias Alyson por siempre estar atento!! :D
