Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. Be ready to enjoy the house and facilities. Thanks Juliana !!

The villa is super cozy and well taken care of, complete kitchen with utensils for those who will cook there, in addition to having a comfortable balcony, it is surrounded by trees, impeccable garden, it is a great option for a family. Surely we will be back

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

The neighborhood scares a bit, as it's a bit far from the waterfront. Then you realize that it is safe and has amenities such as supermarket, fishmongers, doceries, etc. The house compensates and has a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. The extremely clean and very well-equipped house (great quality bed). There's everything! You can see in the details the whim with the care of the house, from the painting to the impeccable garden. Town hall looks like a mini farm. All clean kitchen utensils came to the attention; none was dusty, as is common with beach houses. The house it's inside a kind of condo, a safe and very quiet place. I wake up every day to the sound of birds. We'll be back!

the house is beautiful and very good taste.. the only points you can improve is on the electric part and cleaning, leave the house airy the day before guests use. It smelled a lot of mold, and some food crumbs. but it would come back.

Host responds quickly and is always very polite. The house is as described and in the photos (clean, with all the necessary utensils, comfortable bed, well ventilated and with a complete barbecue area). The location and view are wonderful, being in the right corner of the beach where it is super quiet and with restaurant options nearby. Really an excellent experience.

Impossible to describe with words what my fiancée and I experienced in the days we stayed, the place is surreally beautiful, you sleep with the sound of the sea, lots of nature around, the stone house is beautiful and very cozy, it had everything we needed. Fábio is an incredible person, an example of a person, too good a person, always worrying about the smallest details to have an excellent stay, I just have to thank Fabio, for the period we were in the stone house and for everything he did for us, I certainly recommend it and we will return many more times.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

the host was totally requested and kind throughout the stay,in less than 5 minutes we were facing the beach, and all around we found pharmacies,markets and essential trades! the property is excellent, great utensils to prepare meals in own house and new furniture! we definitely recommend it! we love the trip!

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

The impeccable apartment, close to the beach and had everything we need to stay for 8 wonderful days. we took 2 pets that were calm and well accommodated. Anyway thank you for the hospitality of host D Mônica and Celeste's attention that we received very well. We'll come back and indicate.

Mateus was the one who welcomed us and handed us the keys. He was there waiting for us, gave us a tour of the house and throughout the stay he responded quickly, was helpful, friendly and gave us several tips about the beaches. The place is really very close to the beach, a 10-minute walk to Prumirim beach. The house is very well-equipped, but there are 2 points that could be better: • The TV is too small for the room. From where the sofa is, you can't see it well, so we had to push it closer. • In the suite's bathroom, there is a whirlpool that does not work. It's not listed in the ad but it appears in the photos, so we went with the expectation of using it. We ended up filling it with hot water from the shower and boiling water on the stove. When we went, there was a construction project next door, during the week there was a lot of noise from a jackhammer, hammering, etc. If you are renting in search of silence, ask the hosts about the situation. Despite this, we liked the experience and would easily return.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Very good hosting and location. Next to the beach and 15 min drive from downtown, it is also close to the beaches on the south side. I recommend it and would come back.

We stayed 4 days in the house, extremely clean and well equipped, we did not miss household items at all. Mr. Antônio was super attentive and helpful from the beginning, during the stay he asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. About the house, it is very large and comfortable, all the spaces in the house were extremely clean, we enjoyed the pool very much (which is giant by the way), in the house there are board games, cards and Uno, we played several games, it even has a space to play, very cool. We made pizza in the wood-burning oven, which was delicious. The house has 2 kitchens outside and one inside, we use and enjoy every room. It was worth every penny, and we'll be back more often.

Place is identical to advertised. The location is very good and the place is very quiet. Paulo received us super well and was very helpful with us. Every cent. It's definitely a place we'll go back to.

Very nice place, cozy and very well located within the condominium. Easy access to any part of Ubatuba and the surrounding beach. It will certainly be the first place to think about when visiting Ubatuba again. Congratulations to the owners.
