The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe, I loved it I'll be back for sure! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

Amazing place for those who rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general environment. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Swimming pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We'll be back for sure

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. I highly recommend it! The Host is really very helpful and cordial. The house is a spectacle of beauty! We took a lot of family photos, the location is great, safe inside a condominium with a concierge, a few steps from the beach. Kitchen with countless utensils to use and Cláudio left us a gift, a wonderful table wine!!! I recommend it.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

Teca's house is great and is in one of the best parts of the island. The fact that it is facing the sea is the main distinguishing characteristic. The house, although old and quite rustic, is well equipped. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy more amazing days in the house ;) thank you

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

The place is beautiful, with lots of greenery, birds, and the sea in front of you. I opened the bedroom door in the morning and was faced with the beauty of the sea!! We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really liked the chalet, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅
