Very attentive and well-mannered host, she responded quickly to everything. The apartment is excellent, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby, pharmacy and other essential shops. Everything is very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom with new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place I'd easily stay again.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

The house was rented to two employees of the company, they really liked the house, clean exactly as advertised, met expectations with great cost-benefit! The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming.
