Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Itapoã

Very cozy, new and modern apartment. A beautiful view and a peaceful place, no noise and a great location. It would easily accommodate 5 people, we were 2 adults and 2 children. The home check-in and the offer of bed, table and bath linens were the highlight and what we liked the most. Host always available, however, we don't need to contact them, thanks to the large amount of information provided at check-in. We hope to come back again and I hope you will have the pleasure of meeting us too.

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

We stayed for 6 days and loved it very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and enjoyed the pool and toy library, which are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. Gabi was super attentive and polite, she helped us with flexibility at check-in and check-out. I'll be back and I'll recommend it a lot. Thank you!

we had a great stay! The apartment is small but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's concierge is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. Oh, and we could also walk to the mall. Great locale. We felt at home!

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The place itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Great for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Great house, Elisangela always answered all our questions, excellent host! The only problem in reality is about Uber a little hard to find. But about the house and host we have nothing to complain about.

We like it! We ended up staying just outside the house, with the barbecue, a pleasant climate, plenty of space and barbecue utensils. The Powerful Fan. We thought it was funny to be two houses in one, but very good for our group of friends!

Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... Simply amazing, everything clean and organized, one of the best I've ever gotten. Very good location because it is close to everything, we slept listening to the sound of the sea. For those looking for a unique experience, this is the place.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Very well located apartment that met our needs very well, for a good value. Clean bedding. The air conditioning room works well. In the living room, there was a good fan. Hostess very willing to help. Garage space, I thought it was good for my car (T-Cross), but very large cars can cause difficulties, as the gate is not so wide. Overall, I thought it was great and would stay there again on a future trip.
