Loft in a 3-story residential house in Itapuã, less than a 10-minute walk to the beach (800 meters). Close to supermarkets, pharmacy, gyms, restaurants and pizzerias. Quiet environment to enjoy your days on the beach. Space for up to 3 people (1 full bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed). Split air-conditioning 18,000 BTU. 60" TV, kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It does not have parking. However, the street is residential and very quiet to park in front of the house.

Third floor: barbecue area with parrilha barbecue, a bathroom, laundry room and children's space with toys. Note: We have a small to medium-sized dog that stays on the first floor and in the yard, and is gentle and quiet.
