Excellent. I only stayed one night and it was quiet! Super easy contact, quiet and comfortable place, well organized and clean.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent stay! We were very well received by Doris, who was very attentive and generous with us the whole time. We felt at home, in a private environment, very neat and organized.

Gilmara's space is amazing, amidst many trees, filled with nature, a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled as a family taking a small child and a dog and there was no one who said they were not comfortable, she welcomed us with great affection, gave us the tip of a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, Gilmara's space is close to some ceremonial ones, but we all left with the feeling of wanting more! Thanks Gilmara ❤️

Very beautiful place with a wonderful view, everything clean, perfect location close to everything, I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back very soon, the hostess Lara was very attentive but I didn't need to send her a message for anything because she had already given us all the information and it was very easy to find, everything was impeccable, but Lara was always available for whatever we needed!

Had a great stay in Claudia’s apartment. It was as advertised and had everything needed for a good stay.

I'm from Bahia and it was my fourth time in Espírito Santo. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He texted several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant linens and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am very grateful to Felipe and I hope to return and stay again in this cozy place soon.

10/10 I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, impeccably clean apartment, well decorated, modern, beautiful view, there is a market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… it was worth every penny. Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

The flat has a side view of the sea. It is behind the Catholic Church, so it is very well located. Supermarkets, bakeries and the best waterfront kiosk. We don't even take the car out of the garage, you can walk anywhere. Sensational!

My stay was wonderful, I felt at home due to the familiarity and I recommend it to those who are looking to be close to the beach but also want to be close to the city, Stela is very helpful with the questions that arise, in addition to the explanations and guidance in the accommodation ❤️☺️ for those who are looking at the listing and have questions, I recommend seeing the space, but I am already warning you that you will want to return to this accommodation, haha, 🤣 it is impossible not to fall in love, every detail is very visible and all the welcoming affection that is present in the apartment

The apartment is super well located, a beautiful view of the beach. Easy access to markets, gas station, laundry, close to other beaches we visited. The apartment has everything we needed, I didn't miss any utensils. It's definitely worth every penny!

Great location, everything VERY close. The apartment is smaller than in the photos, but it is beautiful and organized. It even had a cooler and beach chairs… Ocean view, air-conditioning even on the balcony, appliances working perfectly. The building is great too, amazing pool and fitness center available! I loved it!

Excellent space, cleanliness, comfort, utensils, convenience, bakery and restaurants very close, in short, everything very good, in addition to the attention given by Meiri, always very helpful, attentive and courteous, quite different from a story I saw from a previous guest. Super recommended and on an upcoming trip I'll try to book this place.

I rented the place for a weekend. The access instructions were helpful and we had no trouble locating the loft. The space is exactly as advertised, with all the minimum items needed to use the kitchen. I believe it is really for only 1 couple, 3 people is already very tight. There are screens on the windows, so anyone who wants to bring a pet, such as a cat, can rest assured. The only thing I missed was an extra blanket, as we rented during a period that was cooler at night, and the blanket provided is thin and relatively small. Because the loft is located in a small building, you can hear the TV and neighbors from other apartments as well.

The apartment is great, large and clean. Great location, practically facing the beach. Supermarket, pharmacy, shopping mall very close. The host responds quickly and left everything organized to receive us. I'm sure if I have a chance, I'll be back again.

The apartment was very clean. Magno always answered me quickly and was very helpful. I'm from VV, but I don't live in the city anymore. For me, the apartment's location is one of the best. It is close to restaurants and bakeries, shopping and is still in front of the beach. I'll come back more often!

We have rented with Leandro on another occasion. Always attentive and available. Apartments managed by him are always very good
