Cicilia is a great host, easy to communicate with and flexible! The apartment is identical to the photos, it really had everything we needed, perfect and safe location. I was with my family and we loved it, we hope to come back again.

Roberto was very proactive, responsible, and nice on his communication. We lived in Vila Velha for twelve years , and we came back after ten year that we left Brasil. So, we were very impressed with how Roberto took care of all the details to make our memorable stay. All the concierges were nice and respectful. The apartment is exactly how he described, new furniture, and it is on very well maintenance. Roberto's apartment was well cleaned, organized, and we felt at home. So. we are on Rio de Janeiro now, and the place is not what the pictures showed at all. So, Roberto's apartment is well located, a block from the beach, you can easy walk. there is a fantastic bakery, and they have lunch as well. You can find pharmacies. We had to go 1am to buy a medicine, and we felt safe. We high recommend Roberto as a host, and his apartment to have a memorable stay at Praia da Costa, Vila Velha. We are excited to come back. Excellent apartment, we stayed 4 days and it is exactly as promised. Close to the beach, clean apartment, well-equipped, good shower and comfortable bed; which is very important to us. We'll be back for sure. Camila is to be congratulated.

I loved the apartment, the very good location, close to the mall and beaches.

We were very happy to arrive at the apartment, it was perfect, everything was beautiful, clean and organized. We felt very much at home, we were not bothered at all, as long as we followed the guidelines. The penthouse is amazing, it has a beautiful view, we could see the beach in the background, the pool was always clean, the pool area was always very quiet and pleasant. We had a barbecue and it was very good! About the security of the condominium, very effective, we had an episode in which my son, due to lack of communication, went down to the apartment at the time we were in the pool, we were worried looking for him, but soon the security guard located him through the cameras and reassured us that he was fine and was in the apartment with my mother! About location it's perfect, bakeries, malls, restaurants, bars, public parks for children, ice cream shops, and easy access to several beaches, I found Sereia, a few meters from the condominium, to be quieter for children. Caring Host! Perfect stay!

The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

Great service, super pro-active hostess, helped us with everything and made our stay easier! He left some treats in the bedroom and kitchen, and also recommended restaurants, parks, lakes and even nearby ubers.

The stay was great! The place is very well located and close to a lot of things. The accommodation was also cozy, the Marina was great with the instructions and the ape is very good.
